Keith and the entire Tuffy's team on 5th Ave has been consistently fantastic to work with over the last 4.5 years. I have taken my vehicle in to them numerous times and they always accomodate last minute booking requests, typically even same day when there have been emergenices. They also never overcharge and create additional costs like normal dealerships do. I recommend to anyone looking for affordable and quality service with honest diagnosing of your vehicle's issues.

First time customer! I called for an appointment to have them diagnose and recommend a solution for my "old lady" vehicle. A team member helped me make the appointment. Keith, the manager, greeted me when I arrived. From first contact via phone call to my visit today I can tell you without reservation--if you're looking for honesty, pride of workmanship, and the ultimate in customer service you're "home." Update: Just had more work done. Couldn't be happier with the service received. This shop is my go-to from here on out. Once again, many thanks to Mr. Studer's team. I have been going to this location for years for my oil changes. The man that checked me was nice, but seemed very new. It took 10 minutes or more for check-in with help. He clicked the keys on the computer a lot for a long 10 minutes. Was this all for my checkin? My appointment took a lot longer than usual, almost 1-1/2 hours. I was satisfied with my oil change but not with my service.

I had a very positive experience here at Tuffy Tire in Grandview. This was my second time coming here and I decided to come back because, Keith the manager is very transparent and details all the options that are best for your car and your budget!!! I have had other experiences with different mechanics where I’ve felt like I wasn’t in the loop and was being pressured into more expensive options. This little detail makes all the difference. I would 100% recommend coming to Keith with ALL of your car needs!!!

This Tuffy was beyond great. I had a very bad issue with my car in the winter storm. And thankfully found this place. James the front man was super cordial and very knowledgeable and ran the shop super well. My car had a big problem and Sam in Auto body repair worked way more than hard and treated my dilemma like it was his own, to get my car working again without a major catastrophe soon after. They here, really do care. And to be honest one of the few places that still do. I am well beyond happy I found this place and these guys. Yes. They will get my future business for sure.

Although it was last minute and right before a holiday, they fit me in for some minor damage to an undercarriage shield on the same morning I called. I was in and out in 20 minutes. The technicians were incredibly friendly and I will happily go back for regular services!

Had woke up to a flat due to screws. Was last min and Tuffy was very busy but I put my spare on and brought my wheel and tire alone and they where able to fit me in while I went to work. I know you were busy but thank you for taking care of my tire issues.

I had a great experience at Tuffy today. I called ahead about a hanging undercarriage shield on my car, took my car in an hour later and it was fixed within 15 minutes. Keith was very helpful and they also topped off my car with oil which was low. I am going to be coming to Tuffy from now on!

I just paid $800 to have my radiator replaced. I left their shop with absolutely no coolant in the reservoir. Which makes me believe they didn't even bleed the air out of my lines. No oil change was preform when I requested one, and said they forgot. These guys did not finished the job I paid them to do, and I heard from Keith more than 4 times "how busy they are". Apparently this means they cut corners. This is unacceptable, and I will never be taking my business to another tuffy for the rest of my life and I suggest you do the same.

Had issues with my car after they closed, dropped it off that night and had it fixed by the time I was off work the next day. Excellent at communicating and informed me of slight problems that may need addressed in the future without making me feel pressured into fixing them that day.

Took my Jeep in for a horrible noise coming from my front tires expecting to pay a lot and all it was my tires were loose so they tightened them up and charged me $0. Very rare to find an honest mechanic now days so guess where I'll be taking all my business. Thanks again guys.

This is the third Tuffy Tire location I have had issues with. I called 3 weeks before and scheduled an appointment for wheel alignment costing $99+tax. I show up on the appointment day and the manager tells me it’s $111+tax. Instead of working with customers, he was pushing me off by saying “Do you want this service or not?” This is not a way to do business. Tuffy Tire needs a customer service representative on the front desk instead of the mechanics that knows how to talk to customers.

Tuffy has always come through. Theyre almost always able to get you in within a day of calling and theyre quick to diagnose and inform you of any issues. No b.s., no customer service issues. Just a genuinely good shop.

We unfortunately had a piece of metal cause a flat tire on our SUV. This happened just as we were heading back home from our visit to Columbus with our two kids. Luckily it happened not too far from Tuffy Tire and they were able to squeeze us in on a busy day and repair the tire. We were back on the road within an hour at a reasonable price! We appreciate the great service we were provided by Carl at Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center!
