Chuck and his employees created a hostile environment after they were called out trying to over charge me and take advantage of me when I brought a trailer into have it looked at. One of the employees cussed acted like a tough guy then when i asked for his name he walked away scared. On their website it says they charge $150 for vehicle inspections then tries to charge me $300 to inspect a trailer. Inconsiderate people trying to take advantage of others.

The Owner Chuck Tucker, had my car looked over and gave me an honest overview of my vehicle and was needed now, and what would be needed later. I will be bringing all of my vehicles here in the future.

Very bad business , very money hungry and the owner isn’t man of his word. He has the office lady try to clean up his lies. Wouldn’t recommend them to anybody looking to get a problem fixed and without tearing your car up more than when you went to get your problem serviced

I would highly recommend Tucker's Automotive to anyone looking to get their car worked on! The service there is great they are always looking out for your best interest and will do everything they can to help you! I have had multiple things done to my car they always get it done in a timely manner and they always do a great job! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Made an appointment to drop off my 2015 Subaru because the A/C wasn’t working. I explained to Chuck on the phone that the unit had a leak and that I had already charged it once with dye. I also stated that I didn’t want the unit charged until the leaks were found and repaired. When I dropped the car off, I again explained to Jenny that the unit had a leak and that needed to be addressed before adding refrigerant. I received a call two days later that my car was ready to be picked up. When I asked what they had done, Jenny told me that they had added refrigerant and dye. I asked to read the technician notes pertaining to my vehicle service and apparently there are none. $320.00 for 20oz of refrigerant and not one leak found. I paid the bill as that’s the only way to get the keys back but I am afraid that was the last time I will be using Tucker Automotive. Very disappointed.

Had a slow leak and found a piece of metal, like a razor blade, lodged in the tread of the tire. Called Tucker's first thing in the morning and they got it right in for evaluation. They were able to repair the puncture and have the vehicle back to me within an hour and a half, even during a hectic morning with a lot going on there. Could have sold me a $286 tire, but repaired for about $40 instead. 👍

Hey Now! These folks are the Kings of automotive repair! I had a air-conditioning problem in my truck, not working at all and we were on our way back to Florida, they diagnosed the problem, gave a quote on price, and fixed my A/C problem pronto! Chuck, the owner is great, as is the rest of his staff! He could have rolled me in flour and fried me since I was from Florida, but these guys treated us like family! Anything automotive, this is your place, they even have a great selection of tires, which I think I will get four next time we pass thru the area! Three cheers to Tuckers!!!

I took my Toyota Rav 4 in because it was overheating, I needed the repair done quickly, honestly the turn around I needed was, in my opinion, slightly unreasonable. I did state when I needed it but emphasized that if it couldn't be done that fast for them not to worry I would make other arrangements as I knew they get busy. Even if they couldn't get it done before I needed it I still needed it repaired. Not only did they replace my water pump, fan belt, and do an oil change, they got it done faster than I expected. Their customer service was excellent. Very polite and understanding. I had requested they call when they found the problem so I could be sure I could afford it before they did the work and they got back to me the very next morning with a quote. By mid afternoon my car was done and ready to be picked up. It's been two weeks now since I had the repairs done and it's running beautifully. I highly recommend this business and will be going back in the future. Thank you!

I took my son's 07 Buick Rendezvous to Tucker's yesterday for the check engine light being on. They called me by 9:00 a.m. with a diagnosis; They had it repaired and complete and ready to go by 2:00 p.m. I called on Friday and asked if they could fit me in on Monday since it was a holiday for both my son and I and I was very happy that they had time for me and the repair. I've also taken my own SUV there for brake work a month or two ago and I was also very happy with the repair and the follow-up call a couple days later. And my young adult daughter has also taken her SUV there and we've had no problems. Very happy and definitely will be taking our vehicles back

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! This is my second time visiting this location for repairs to my Jeep. I'm big on first impressions so with that being said, the warm welcome I received each time I've visited was amazing. The check in process was flawless. I received a phone call to describe the issue with all of the repair costs including the labor up front. I wasn't pressured either time to make an immediate decision which was helpful. Each repair was done completely with no need to revisit (as I've had to do before at a different repair shop in town). Lastly, I LOVE how a few days later they call and check on the customers to ensure their repairs are as expected and no additional issues surfaced. To me that is going above and beyond and makes you feel like family, not just another customer. THANK YOU!

Had a flat tire and needed repaired to get home 250 miles away the following day. As busy as they were they still repaired the tire and put it back the car. Great service and very attentive to customer needs. Would highly recommend

I had really high hopes for this establishment but unfortunately I seem to be one of the unlucky ones that did not have a good, quality experience. Employee claimed that the timing chain was checked before doing $1800 worth of work as that was a big problem with the make and model of this particular car. Only to tell my husband it was in fact the timing chain and would be an additional $3000 to repair. Did not offer any sort of help to make it right. Will not be bringing any vehicles back to this establishment. I brought a car that started to an autoshop, only to haul it away, unable to start, after a nice lump sum of work done. Very unimpressed and disappointed.
