My vehicle had a blown out tire two buildings down from this place and I was trying to change my tire but my lug nut broke. Went to this place for some help and the guy told me that, that is a mechanical problem and we only deal with tires. I said I know that, this is a lug nut off of my tire. He told me to go to another store located on Delmar. I guess this was the wrong time to be asking a person of the other hue for help or something. I will never ever step foot in this place and don’t suggest my fellow brothers and sisters to either.

There's a "mechanic" here by the name of Donald. He's a liar and a thief. I paid him to replace a part on my vehicle which he did not do. Now he's never there when I try to get a refund for the part that he was supposed to replace. Having a scammer/thief as an employee makes your business look bad. Future customers proceed with caution.

Too bad I couldn't give less stars. I bought two brand new tires from this establishment thinking I got a deal to find out one of the tires had bubbles in not one but three different spots. I literally drove about 500 miles and it was pointed out to me when I went to a dealership. I never noticed and never hit a pothole but was instructed to go back to the shop I got it from because it had to be a defect. The owner was not cooperative at all and raised his hands as if he had no time for me. It's a shame that I wanted to trust this place because it seemed to be an upstanding family establishment. Just another place who is in no need of developing lifetime customers. If there is a company in St Louis that genuinely cares let me know. I'm so serious.

Usually great to deal with. I pull up today shop doors open, a guy working on tires, and a guy loading tires onto a trailer but the sign on the door was flipped over to closed. I thought maybe the sign accidentally was flipped no big deal. I was met at the door by the older gentleman who’s said service department is closed. I looked over at the guy in the shop looked back at him and he yelled in my face CLOSED. Then went on a rant about how nobody showed up to work. My reply was, well ok then but you ain’t gotta be mean to me over it. Definitely owe me an apology..

Almost 40$ to stop 1 leak...Had a slow leak comming off the highway so googled the nearest tire shop and it happens to be tucker tire shop. My 1st time there you get the sense that they (5 others in the office) could be elsewhere than greeting customers with etiquette, let alone getting anything done. Anyway The tire tech was awesome, once my tire was fixed he explained that i had a leaky valve stem that was of lesser grade material. Not many words from the guy dave.. Fyi "clean your dirty shop with those extra ppl sitting at computers". In the navy we call it cleaning stations, daily!!

I called the morning of 8/9/21 about dropping my truck off for a tire replacement. Phil stated to bring my white dodge ram in before 3pm and we'll take care of you. Phil and his crew replaced my flat tire and due to the awesome customer service, I replaced my rear 2 tires. I will recommend Tucker Tires to friends and family
