Unfortunately, my car battery died. I stopped in without an appointment, because I urgently needed it replaced. I was in and out in about 20 minutes! Luckily, they had the right battery for me. Ray and the mechanic were fantastic! The best service I’ve had at a car shop!

Made an appointment through my Carmax app and got a text and email that the appointment was accepted. I arrive at tubels and the guy is very rude telling me he doesn't work for Carmax and they don't make his appointments. I understand that but on my end it says it was accepted. Very rude for no reason.

I’m from out of state and was looking at a car for my 16 year who really wanted the car I looked at. He had saved his money for over a year so he could buy a car. We needless to say my son got screwed and I ended up leaving the car here in the night drop and went back to SC. Rico and the team of techs took such great care of us and made the car safe to drive and let us keep the car there for over a week until I was able to come back and get it after the repairs were done. I can’t thank y’all enough for being so helpful! If you need your car fixed at a reasonable price and by genuine people then go straight to Tubels complete auto care! Thank you Rico and team y’all are amazing!!!

This place is run by greedy People… Because this place is way overpriced than your brand Dealership from an Oil Change Service to routine Maintenance! Avoid taking your vehicle to a place like your life depends on it, seriously! If AAA tows your vehicle to this place don’t renew your membership on the next renewal …THE END

We broke down on the side of the highway and Triple A towed us to Tubels. We called them ahead of time and talked to Rico. He was able to assure us they could get us in today and even pre-ordered the part before we got there. They ran diagnostics, determined what was wrong, showed us the broken part, showed us a break down of the cost upfront, and had us in and out in 2 hours flat. We are so grateful for Rico who walked us through everything and Luis who worked on our van. They even had a desk spot for me to work on my laptop while we were there, clean bathrooms, nice atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I was driving and happen to realize I was in the wrong lane I asked the driver I seen driving this Tubel's company truck I asked him can I get over he shook his head no and he scooted up so I couldn't get over so rude! people are so nasty nowadays it's really really sad a man driving a company truck should want to represent the company better.

Made an 8 am appointment. Called to confirm it. Showed up and they said I’d have to wait until 9 to even get started - I explained I have appointments scheduled all day and I was expecting to be on my way by 9. I was told there was nothing they could do about it. So I just left.

We had a issue with the car starting, had the car towed in, Ben explained some of the issues and did a starting system checkup and resolved the issue. He was very pleasant and professional. We will be returning for all of our car care.

We were visiting a friend in Jacksonville on our way back to New England and had a sudden problem with the passenger's seat door. Our friend recommended Tubels and we were assisted and the repair completed quickly. The staff esp. Matt were very friendly and we are grateful that we were able to get back on the road. If we lived in Jacksonville, we would patronize this garage - Thank you!

I set there for almost 30 minutes just to get air in one tire and then it started to pour down rain it was more than one young man working they disappeared so the gentleman that was working finally stopped what he was doing to put air in my tire I'm so disappointed
