I’ve only used them for a couple of services but have been very pleased. Their prices were less than I had been paying at a chain auto shop and the work was completed within the time given. A family member recommended them to me.

TTS Auto Service is the best! I’m a younger woman and find that they never try to overcharge me. They are always willing to squeeze me in, finish service in a quick amount of time and are very kind every time I go. I will continue to use them as long as I live in Charlotte and recommend them to everyone.

TTS provides professional, honest, friendly and quick service. I called when some lights came on in my dashboard indicating a wheel sensor issue (I had the same problem on a different tire last summer). They set me an appointment to come in the next morning and called within an hour or so of dropping it off with the diagnosis and a quote. Being significantly less than what the dealer charged me for the same hub assembly, I told them to proceed. My car was ready by lunchtime! They answered my questions both before service and after pickup, and I felt they were more genuine than most other shops I've dealt with over the years. Highly recommend and will definitely go back for anything else that comes up!

Great service! I needed a car inspection, and was able to get in and out pretty quickly. The waiting room area was also clean and comfortable. There wasn’t a restroom in the waiting area, but they allowed me to use the employee restroom (so don’t hesitate to ask!) They seem to have an efficient and no-nonsense operation. I learned that the business is run by two brothers. They’re owner-operators and they inherited the business from their grandfather. With how orderly and efficient everything was, I could tell that they take great pride in their work and in their business overall. I’ll definitely be back!

Had a really great experience here with my jeep. Good communication, quick turnaround, and did not feel taken advantage of at all. Ended up being easily 2-3k cheaper than the dealership quote and they saved me on an unnecessary water pump replacement as well. Highly recommend.

I've used TTS a couple of times now once for my Toyota Matrix, and another for my daughters Mazda CX9, both times TTS was great! They didn't try to gouge me or upsell me on something I didn't need. They were able to do the work in a day, they were communicative and flexible. They did a great job! It's hard to find a good repair shop and this is one. I have recommended them to friends and family and will go back. This is a good auto repair company.

My car started overheating, and they were able to see me first thing the next day. They were professional and understanding, getting my car fixed same day for a reasonable price. They called right after looking at the car, told me what they'd found, quoted a price, and there were no surprises when I picked my car up. Thank you, guys!

My daughter had an issue with her car and called me. I live in a different city than her. So I researched repair shops in the Charlotte area and the reviews were good. I was not disappointed at all! I worked with Brandon and he took great care of us. Turned out to be a blown head gasket. He worked with me and got things done quickly as possible. He was very professional and straight forward. I was very impressed with their shop and skills. It is always hard to find a good shop you can trust. TTS Auto is my new go to shop for my daughter’s car needs. It gives me comfort that there is someone I can trust to help since she lives in a different city. I highly recommend them and you will be happy with their service.

Our first time here. we brought in our old mini van because the window wouldn’t roll down, they called us later that day with a fair price and explained everything to me, we weee able to pick it up the same day. Then we dropped off our other car for oil change, tires, alignment, and headlights. Everything again done timely and at a fair price. These guys are smart, local, and great at explaining things and giving honest recommendations.

I brought my car in after it broke down in the middle of the road, had it towed into their shop and was helped immediately. K and Steve were amazing, super personal and friendly. They helped me figure out what the problem was and even gave me a heads up that it could actually be covered by dealership warrenty/recall (which they didn't have to do). They even gave me different options and prices to choose from if the dealership somehow didn't cover it. I then I got it towed to the dealership for repair, which they did end up covering, and this shop did not even charge me for looking at it/storing it overnight! I highly recommend them for great, honest, and personal service. Will be using again!

My boyfriend and I have been using this place for months, we are new to the area and wanted somewhere that was close to the light rail in case we needed to drop our cars off overnight. The customer service is great, the pricing is fair and they are very quick to help fix any problems we may have!!

Only had an inspection done, but this was one of the first shops I've been to in Charlotte proper that I might return to with more serious service needs - good staff and clean / organized shop which often translates to quality of work. Steve was very nice, knowledgeable, honest, & seemed to represent the company well.

These guys are my go too! I love leaving my vehicle knowing I can trust them! The biggest thing for me honestly in today’s world. Super quick service and they got me in last minute! Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Can’t say enough nice things about this shop!

Update: After several years of routine oil changes, inspections, and general maintenance, my review still stands true. This is by far the best auto repair shop in Charlotte and I’m a lifelong customer won over by their service which is second to none. Previous Review: Finding a business that excels in speed, affordability, and quality is rare. Most offer two of these traits, but fall short on the third. TTS, however, nails all three. I've visited multiple times and consistently leave both satisfied and confident in the state of my vehicle.

Steve was a huge help to my boyfriend and I after our car got broken into. He was so communicative and helpful throughout the whole process. He got us in immediately and was transparent about the parts that needed to be purchased versus trying to get extra $$ out of us. Super professional, honest, and trustworthy. I would 10/10 recommend TTS!

I have been taking my Jeep to TTS for a few years now, and it is a breath of fresh air to receive honest, thorough, and timely service. As a woman, it’s easy to feel taken advantage of when car issues arise, but with TTS, I have never felt like they were trying to push unnecessary services or provide subpar work even on minor issues. I highly recommend them!

Love these guys. There is nothing I hate worse than going to have my car worked on and feeling like I’m getting completely taken advantage of. That is not the case here. DJ and Brandon are incredibly helpful and honest when it comes to what actually needs to be done to my car. You cannot go wrong here. Do yourself a favor and get all of your automotive work done at TTS auto repair.

I moved to Charlotte from Detroit in 2010 and had a hard time finding a reasonable auto repair shop. Dealerships were charging astronomical prices. Finally I found TTS AUTO and it's the only place I'll take my car. They're knowledgeable, fast, professional, and courteous. They charged half of what the dealership quoted to replace my purge valve on my EVAP system. Ask for Steve or Brandon, they'll take good care of you!!!

I am so glad I was referred to this business. The repair work on my Mini Cooper was completed for less than half of what I was quoted by the dealership. I saved almost $4000! And I will add that everyone here is very professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

I've brought my mini cooper here a few times now, and they've done a great job! They changed my oil, rotated my tires, addressed oil and engine issues and replaced my alternator belt. Everyone's super friendly, and they're cost, and time efficient. Definitely starting to become my local place to go!

TTS auto replaced our fuel pump for a fair price and quickly. They are very accommodating and friendly. When our AC quit blowing cool air, they took care of the problem right away, in fact, the job was done the same day we took it in. We will continue to use them from now on!

We’ve been servicing at TTS for almost two years and it’s always been a pleasant experience! I’m glad I spent some time on research to find this car service. They did inspections for us and multiple car repairs like change brakes, air pump, throttle body, tires, Mercedes B service, and some other things I don’t remember. All guys are always friendly and helpful, not trying to impose services we don’t need, and work is done super quickly.
