Got 2 tire's , they bent my aluminum rim while taking it off or on, one tire blew out on the highway after only 3 weeks went back and got another and they put the wrong size on, dude try telling me it was the same size just metric? Then dude try to say I owe them $5 dollars to leave the tire that they sold me that blew out on the highway, gtfoh , don't go here or it will cost you more then a tire.may cost you your life!

I know this is a used tire lot, but a couple of employees need to review and communicate. I had no issues up until today yesterday. I arrived to get my tire changed out for 225/60 R16, after leaving i found out the tire was on poor condition and going flat (I live not even 1min from the shop). I called about the issue and said bring it in with the receipt and they would take care of me, which they did. Today I arrived at 8am to have the tire replaced no charge. Better condition tire however they gave me they put a 215/60 R16 instead of thr 225/60 R16. Minor difference but incorrect size. It's they got me on the road to get my daughter so I won't complain too much, a couple of employees need to take pride in the service they provided. Thanks for helping the temporary fix, but a few things need to change service wise

Don’t go here terrible the fixed my tire but have the same exact one I was driving and my tire literally came off it’s gone and they charged me a extra to keep my old tire knowing they put the old one on got into a car accident

Horrible service,not trust worthy, lazy. Only good when owner watches over them, or at this location. Can't imagine seeing them staying in business another year. If owner don't get rid of the bad apples soon.

If you had a choice don't go here. Tires bad, terrible service, never put the right tire on, tire always go down. This place is terrible, employee smoking weed and drinking 40 oz. right in front of you.

No one approached or greeted us, although there were at least 6 men. I got out of the truck to see which one of them milling about could help us. After about 10 minutes, one young man came out, but he was very rude! The young man was going to charge us $5 for air 🙄 I'm hoping he was just having a bad day 😕 1 gentleman, did at least look at the tire and check the size. We didn't air. After waiting an additional 20 minutes NOTHING‼️

The fact they charge $5 for air tells you they sell bad tires. They Sold me a bad tire. When I came back they “diagnosed” it as needing a valve stem. 3 days later sure enough tire is flat again. It appears they have high turnover and hire anyone willing to do the job. also workers do not care I watch them toss my hubcap on the concrete so they could get to the Lugnuts. If it was their car they wouldn’t just be tossing parts to the side like it’s nothing….

They sell bad tires they put the wrong tire on my car I brought a tire from them the next day I wake up the tire was completely flat. I called them and told them what happened. They told me there was nothing they could do. Tire was 45$ and a extra 5$ to keep the bad tire staff is beyond unprofessional

I had a nail in my tire and trusty tire said I had a blowout and charged me for a tire instead of removing the nail and plugging the tire. I bought the tire that had said blowout to the place I bought the tire from and was told I didn’t have a blowout. My original tire was under warranty so it was fixed for free. Trusty tires do bad business.
