They had my car over 2 months. They never answer the phone. They are always saying the have one more thing to fix. That our vehicle will be ready for pick up for 4 weeks in a row and it isn’t close to ready.

The guys fixed my van and then said they'd give me an oil change for free. So I get my van back, thinking that my oil has been changed because there was sticker on my window stating that I'll need another oil change when I get to 111,200 miles and I believed them. Well, tonight, I started my engine and my dash says "oil change required." The mileage on my van is at 108,601 miles, which is nowhere close 111,200 miles. If you go to this place for auto repairs, do not trust that they have done everything they said they would do. Take it to another shop when you get your vehicle back from them after a ridiculously long amount of time and get it diagnosed so that you know for sure that your vehicle has been fully repaired.

Amazing mechanic shop that works very hard at what they do best, fixing cars! My vehicle was starting to overheat one day and I took it in to them and they repaired it. When they finally did the final test drive then something else came up with the check engine light and they called me to notify me of what was happening and I said okay to every repair that needed to be done. Even though it was very frustrating, not having my vehicle, I am very satisfied with all the hard work they put in! I give a big thanks to Mark and all of the technicians that helped make this happen! I am very grateful that they were also able to get me the best price for all of the repairs needed for my vehicle. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family for any future repairs that they may need. Also I am very happy with the work provided and I look forward to buying another car from them in the future! 🤩😃

We dropped off our car about 3 weeks ago. We had a lot needing done to our vehicle. Our warranty covered all the repairs necessary which was fantastic. I know 3 weeks seems like a long time but we needed a whole new engine. So I feel the time line was fair. They never got mad at me for calling for updates which I appreciated. It gave me peace of mind. When we went to pick up our car and Tony took the time to go over the paperwork with us about what was done to the car. Instead of us trying to figure it all out. I would gladly use them again.

Aweful experience ! First time vehicle was in they got "things" fixed within a day. Git my vehicle back and still the same problems. Got my vehicle in again, but after 1.5 days still nothing done. Supposedly was on diagnostic at 930am and still on diagnostic as of 4pm? Weird in my opinion. I pull up to find gentleman smoking while looking at my vehicle (got picts) ZERO customer service to help me feel comfortable about leaving my vehicle and no concern or reassurance after expressing my concern about every negative review was EXACTLY what was happening. I havevrecorded conversation of employee telling me AFTER I picked up my vehicle that it could take 3-4days to diagnose a vehicle...ummm no sir it does not, and if that's the case at your business then certainly have the decency to tell customers ahead of time so they know what to expect and how to plan! Will be taking this further
