I called Troy Automotive regarding a safety inspection they performed on a vehicle my employer owns. The first time I called, they hung up on me after I introduced myself - still not sure why. The second time I called, the man on the line refused to help me at all. Not only would he not answer my question, he refused to transfer me to someone who could, including the technician who performed the inspection. He told me I'd have to speak to the owners but would not give me any information on when they'd be in or how to reach them. The employees at Troy Automotive are extremely unprofessional and unhelpful, and I'm honestly not sure how they stay in business if this is how they treat someone asking a simple question.

Troy Automotive I spend 2,000$$ dollars on a rebuild and he didn’t fix nothing and I believe he was going to try to take my vehicle didn’t want to give it back.Very rude had to call cops worst experience I ever had.

Been calling you Sir Since November , You did transmission WORK for Isaac Ruiz my Son you don't return calls he paid you 1000 cash . He has a 2 year warranty your so WRONG not keeping your word .. I urge all NOT to use your facility .. ALSO I WILL REPORT YOU TO THE BBB AND CHANNEL 4 AND CHANNEL 5 ....

I have been called 3 times by this company, and they have not left voicemails any of the 3 times. Googled the number, and found out it was Troys... I have never done business here, so no clue why they keep calling me. If someone wrote down my number as a call back number for their car, I'd get it, but shouldn't any reliable business leave a voicemail when they are calling someone?

if you wanna get you oil change or something simple this place can do it. I arrive here and ask to have my light reset, which they did it with no issue whatsoever. I had already purchase my oil next door. all they did was change the oil and pump some air in my passanger tire. Good small place to do business. I will certainly be back. I'm planning to purchase a car in the near future and I will use Troy automotive to look at it and gve me any advise if possible. I will be referring friends to this small shop.

This place was ok . They did my oil change quick and I was able to leave and go on with My day. The only negative thing is they didn't take credit cards and the heavy set guy looked tired. Overall was good.

I came because they were open on Sunday. I arrived and a man asked me in the parking lot "if I was his wife", I assumed he ment the owners wife. He was clearly on drugs, he also asked if I smoked weed and offered to sell me some. Eyes yellow and jittery, he was on more than pot. I grew up around drug use. I'm not just saying that, he was on something harder, his teeth were brown. He first told me he couldn't help because the owner left but then said he would add oil to my car because "they are about that money" then asked to use my phone, only accepted cash not putting it in the cash register and asked for a ride to a gas station near by. So sketchy, I will never come near this place again.

Travis is a liar, cheat, and a scam artist. His mechanic Pat came to pick up my truck, started it, and drove it onto the wrecker. By the time I got my truck back, it could not be started at the ignition, the oil pan was crushed, and the AC compressor no longer worked. The five month warranty wasn't worth the paper on which it was written. Travis cursed me on the phone for paying him the price he offered to do the job because he later decided it was not enough. My complaint to the Better Business Bureau went unanswered by Travis. His website is a joke using B stock pictures from other shops. Hope $1350 was worth your word being worthless bud. Real stand up guy.
