Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was able to get my vehicle in quickly. Work was done in a timely manner. I felt that the price point was reasonable. I will call again the next time I need work done.

Small garage, big service. I got a long story, you don't need to read it. Short version, Triple J has treated me right with Quick work and fair prices. Couple of times things didn't go 100% smooth, but 3-J did what they could do to take care of me. While I hope that I don't need their services again, if I do, I know I'll get good service.

They helped me with my transmission sensor and as a 16 year old that doesn’t know much about cars they explained it well enough until I understood . They sat me down and told me some future thing I need to get done and we’re very helpful. I do wish it was cheaper but old cars aren’t cheap I guess. Definitely recommend going here!

Been a regular for years, however the communication between the mechanics and management is garbled, & no one seems to know whats up.. I've shown up for scheduled visits and been turned away, shown up for appointments to no one home, & when i kept returning with complaints of my vehicle having "unexpected, slamming brakes" they kept working on the brakes, despite my descriptions screaming transmission failure. I ended up putting in more than $1600 in brake repairs over the course of a year only to learn it was the transmission after all... Oil changes are double the price of others, but I wanted to support local... I'll be looking elsewhere.

I would highly recommend Triple J. We were in Duluth for work and ended up stranded at a rest area an hour outside of Duluth on our journey home. Jay was going to come assist us though business hours were closed. We were able to get to his shop that wasn't open for business yet and he got us up and running all the way back to Kansas. Have never met a kinder person and he's very fairly priced. Just wish we had him here in Kansas, all around good guy and will always remember his kindness.

They did the work but seemed to have a miscommunication... Had an appointment scheduled and told them what we needed done (power steering pump) and they failed to get the part between the time we scheduled the appointment and our appointment time so we had to wait longer for the repair... Customer service over the phone was terrible, line kept breaking up and when I mentioned it to the person talking to they said "I know" and did not give another option to discuss our repair... Gave an estimate then when it was done inflated the cost to almost double what was quoted and when asked why got a run around, told me they would call back and when they did magically dropped the cost by $200 from the second quote..? Work finally got done and power steering seems to be working but I probably won't come back due to the bad experience. Tried to give the local guy a chance but they need to get better phone service (especially when you admit you know customers can't hear you... 😑) and better customer service overall.. thanks for fixing the power steering.. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

Tried telling me I needed front brakes and they were getting pretty down there there’s almost full pads on this car they will try to price gouge you anytime they can get I declined service and did it myself for less than $200 when they quoted me 1200 for something that a different shop will charge you about $600 for

Had an alternator put in at the last minute and they took my car in right away and had it ready in a couple hours. Was good prices and fast good service. Will be using them again soon as my starter just went out. Also need a crank sensor.

Had to go in twice for same part second time was there fault and still charged for the same price they replaced the first time. Watch it ladi es. Found out from another mechanic the part never needed to be replaced.

My wife and I have gone to Jay several times and are continued to be impressed by the service we receive. It’s hard to find a more honest mechanic. He saved me loads of money by having me go back to the dealership and have my repair done under warranty instead of doing it himself and making money from it. He is always very upfront and transparent with what he sees and how much it will cost! He has our business for as long as we are in the area and will recommend to anyone who needs something done! This is a top notch shop!!! Meghan and Jay were professional, knowledgeable, kind, and expedient. I have unfortunately needed a lot of work done on my vehicle in the last few years and have been to several shops. I have never posted a review because I have never been 100% satisfied with service or workmanship. Triple J deserves 5 Stars. They are trustworthy and a pleasure to do business with.
