I can't say enough good things about Trinity Auto!! Mike is absolutely wonderful to work with! I had an oil leak and didn't know where it was coming from. Mike was able to pinpoint the problem and was able to get it fixed very quickly. Mike also worked with me on price so I could keep within my budget. I will continue to use Trinity Auto for all my vehicle needs!!!

Easy to give 5 stars! Drove in from KC and brought a car to Trinity that I was looking to purchase for a check up. Mike diligently worked to make sure the car got checked within the time frame it was available to me. The communication was clear and price very reasonable. I also overheard the experiences of other customers as I was there and I appreciated the level care that each customer received. I will say if you are looking for a fair, honest mechanic this is your place. If you are looking for a luxury concierge experience this is not your place. It is clearly about fixing the cars not mints, snacks, and fancy coffee drinks.

They use cheap parts and when the cheap parts they use start to fail they will still charge you to figure out what’s wrong with that cheap part that they just put on. Seem to do good work but use cheap parts and have poor attitudes they just want your money they don’t care about you would not recommend.

This place says they guarantee their work but they don’t we had brakes put on. They didn’t even last a month or two till they grind we took it back in and they said that we would have to pay for an inspection. I talked to another auto place up the road, that said you shouldn’t be paying for a break inspection anyway and if they’re grinding, obviously the brake pads need to be replaced and should be under warranty. I would think twice before going here. I was also told that they leave their own reviews because I was a little shocked when I saw nothing but five star . It’s rare that anybody has five star. Caution before going here

These guys at Trinity are very polite and professional, this is the only shop I will take mine and my wife's cars to. They stick to the price they give up front and always have our cars ready when they say they will. I highly recommend them.

Took my jeep patriot there to have them swap out a fuel pump. I bought one from Amazon. It didn't work. So I bought another one from oriellys. It worked. They worked so hard to figure out why the one I bought off of Amazon didn't work(my bad). Thank you so much Trinity auto service for your hard work to figure out the issue and sticking with it. I'll definitely be back.

We are always very happy with the service we get from Service Automotive. Reliable, thorough, honest, and prompt. We can trust you and our vehicles after you have taken care of us. This time it was just an oil change, and we were in and out in less than an hour. But other times you have caught potential problems before we had a problem. Yes, you are who we want for whatever we need mechanically.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff help you get back on the road in a timely manner, and most of their work comes with a 24,000 mile warranty that is honored in a nationwide network of shops in case you need service while traveling far away. Excellent interactions every time, would give 6 stars if it was possible.

Excellent service. Everyone there is top notch. I had an undiagnosable issue, and their technitition figured it out with ease. Only place I'll take my vehical. I'd their service doesn't make you want to come back, their knowledge and prices will. They are just good people.

After draining my pocket book and getting my but wooped for 3 months I finally excepted defeat and licked my wounds and took my van to Trinity for diagnostics. The diagnostics was spot on the guys was great to work with and my van runs great now. It did cost me a bit but I feel the pricing was very fair. Highly recommend to anyone needing honest quality repairs

My first time at Trinity. They exceeded my expectations tremendously. Friendly, professional, diagnosed the solutions to my numerous issues very quickly. Gave me a detailed plan, got me in and out the same day, even called me regarding another small issue that occurred during the final test drive and did not charge me for it. I highly recommend Trinity to everyone.

Trinity Auto is good about checking your car and telling you if there are any issues aside from just the one(s) that you asked them to look at. Several times they have found serious issues with my car when I went in for a standard lube and oil job. They are also transparent about what needs to be done, about how long it will take them to do it, and about how much it will cost for them to do it.
