Absolutely an awesome place to get your vehicle worked on. My wife and moved to the area from Raleigh last year and could not find a shop we could trust. We were driving back to our other property 3 hours to use our trusted mechanic. Well, let me share with all we have found out new shop to work on our vehicles. Total professional service and great pricing. Real nice local owned smaller shop you can trust. Matt who referred us and checked us out had top notch customer service and knowledge to help make us feel comfortable about our choice. Great job !!!!!!!

I was recommended Trax Automotive by a friend. I'm so happy I took his advice and made an appointment. My engine light was on and my belt was making a squeaking noise when I started the car. They were able to diagnose my car and fix it within the hour for a very reasonable price! Everyone there was super nice and friendly, seems like they knew most of their regular customers by name. I definitely recommend coming here if you have any car troubles! Thank you!!

Had my alternator replaced here back in December 22, couple weeks back it went bad, went to Trax to have it checked out. Immediately was told I was covered parts and labor, I planned on having to leave it for a day or 2… not only was everything covered… they had me up and running in about 2 hours. Very nice guys and excellent service. It’s so refreshing to have people honor a warranty, without all the rigamorole that usually accompanies it. This AM 6/26/23 I had 2 flat tires, they fixed me right up,and had me out in under 30 minutes. For my experience, they have been above excellent. Will use them again for sure.

I went there with my best friend to deal with a problem he was having with his car. We took the car in at 8:30 a.m., they had it diagnosed and fixed before noon. The problem with the car was not complicated, another garage might have done this just as quickly; but it was the reasonable price and manner in which we were treated that really made the difference. Matt and his crew are spot on. I'd been looking for a new GOOD mechanic/shop and I finally found one at Trax. They are thorough and do excellent work at a fair price. Definitely check them out, you won't be disappointed.

He put a motor in my car and it wouldn't crank. I tok it back 3 times after having to floor the gas to get it to start and he never fixed it after charging me 4200 for the motor then 400 more the 2nd time I took it to him. I took it somewhere else to have it fixed and they fixed 3 vacuum leaks where he put bolts in the hoses instead of capping them. Went back to take my bill to him where I had to pay the other shop $800 and he pulled a 45 on me and my fiancé and threatened to shoot us if we didn't leave. He's very unprofessional and has a short fuse. Be careful before trusting his work or his mindset. His name is Matt, he's the owner of trax

I don't really get a lot done to my car but this is where I go for my regular oil change or to get my tires replaced, small stuff like that. Their prices are nearly too good to be true, but I've taken two cars here and neither one of them were ever messed up, so its legit. One of the first times I was there they offered me a spare Bojangles biscuit so maybe I have rose tinted glasses, but I'll keep going back for the chance it'll happen again. 😏

Went with a problem that we expected to be over $1000 in repair. Mark was a very honest and trustworthy. Found and fixed the issue for less than $150. Would recommend this locally owned business for any automotive repairs.
