I was a long-standing customer of Travis, but I was surprised and disappointed to learn that my Chevrolet Cruz was deemed unserviceable by them due to its known overheating issue. This response was inconsistent with the expected level of professional service from qualified mechanics. I have since taken my business elsewhere for any and all of my vehicles.

TOOK MY CAR TO TRAVIS ON TUESDAY MORNING FOR LEAKING OIL FOR THE PAST 3 MONTHS AND HE FIXED IT WITH ALONG WITH SOME OTHER THINGS AND I AM SUPER SUPER SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE HE PROVIDED. HE AND HIS STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL AND I AM TQAKING MY OTHER VEHICLE TO HIM NEXT WEEK. ALSO, I WILL BE REFERRING ALL OF MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO TRAVIS. MY MEECHANIC FOR LIFE!!!!!!!!!!

My son’s 2016 Honda Civix needed a transmission replacement, spoke with Travis about what was needed and his recommendation. Everything worked out great, job was completed and we couldn’t be more pleased. I’ve already talked with Travis to get my car repaired in the very near future. Travis Auto Center 2 has my recommendation.

My work truck needed a new engine. Travis was the most economical shop that I found. The communication was impressive. While the job was underway, I was out of town, and Travis would send pictures and explanations of every challenge he faced. He made recommendations of things to deal with before they would become problems in the future. He got the engine installed in a timely fashion. So far, so good. The truck runs great and for a reasonable price. I recommend Travis Auto to anyone looking for solid mechanic work for a reasonable price.

Travis Auto Center gave me awesome service 5/1/2024. Reasonable price for my car repairs. All repairs was explained and pics taken. Cost was 50% - 75% less than another popular car repair place I had gone too. Professional,friendly and honest mechanics work here. Thanks Travis.

I have been trusting Travis with all of my vehicles for years now. The AC just went out on my Maxima. Travis replaced the compressor and the condenser, and the AC is working like new. I also had to get the front right and left control arms replaced. The car is driving so much better. Travis is professional and reliable. His prices are unbeatable. My car has been at their shop now for 15 days. I’m supposed to pick it up today 7/14/2023. Called them at 10 am the guy who picked up acted like he couldn’t understand what I was talking about and hung up on me. It’s now 12 pm. I have called a total of 12 times now but can’t leave messages cause voice box is always full. These people are playing games and wasting my time. I will never go there again. UPDATE: I got a call back today from big Travis 7/14/2023 at around 2 pm. He told me my car was ready. The car runs so smoothly now. I’m happy with the work they did on it. Those people are really good at fixing cars. I wish their customer service would be better. They need to hire someone to answer the phone and take messages. I know earlier I said that I would never go there again. I think I will. Next time, I will make sure they agree to fix my car at a certain amount of time.

I have used and dealt with numerous auto repair shops around the world, and I have been a regular customer with Travis Auto Center 2 for three (3) plus years now, and I must say that they are an awesome repair shop to do business with. This shop is technical proficient with all vehicles, they repair my Ford Explorer and my Mercedes, I highly recommend them to anyone in need of mechanic work! Travis Auto Center has great customer service, highly trained and technical capable mechanics, and their prices are the best in the surrounding area. In business integrity is important to me, you can trust Lil Travis when he tells you something? If Lil Travis says it, you can take it to the bank, his word is solid as a rock!! I AM CONSTANTLY RECOMMENDING GOOD FOLKS TO GIVE TRAVIS AUTO THEIR BUSINESS!!! WHY DON'T YOU DO THE SAME?

Please beware when getting car inspection.. these people will try their best to find something on your car to add more amount of money. inspection $20? OK now turn your backside.. they come to u and say something is wrong . Now your bill is $800.. it happen to me. So went to another inspection place. I pass.
