Great people but hard to get checked without leaving the car for the day

I've always had a great experience with them. Yes, they're a little high under labor cost, but it's worth it to have great mechanics do and work on your vehicle. I've had my vehicle several worked on over the years, and I've never had a problem.

These guys seem like they know what they're talking about but maybe their workers aren't that great or maybe it's all a sham, rags left laying on the radiator, hose clamps broke, wiring harness brackets broke and they had my truck 3 days to run a diagnostics on an issue that other shops fix in 2 days.

This is a great place to take your vehicle to get fixed. They are up front with you and honest with what is going on. Always friendly and helpful and answer any and all questions you may have. Just all out a great group of people

These guys are awesome and compassionate! I have a elderly friend that needed transmission diagnostics done on his Nissan Xterra and they went above and beyond to help him out. Thank y'all very much for helping him in his situation! Highly recommend!

Chris did an awesome job rebuilding my transmission. For everything it was 4k but that was much better than everybody else. Plus they rebuild their transmission… they don’t buy them.

I have a Nissan Altima needed a transmission he knew it was are only car and Thanksgiving afew days later they got it done and we had are car for the holidays and gave me a ride home when I dropped it off and I bought a used car and was coming home with it and it was not acting right so I took it to them to check it out and he Knew we had just bought it a few hours ago and let me know everything he found ALL I CAN SAY IS THEY ARE GOOD HONEST people and their prices service everything is great can't say enough good things about them God bless them

I went it for a quick check on my transmission since my gears were not shifting in correctly. These guys over here are super intelligent and found the problem quick. They explain to me in good detail why it was doing what it did. It was a small, simple fix thank goodness nothing huge. These guys have your back any day of the week. Well except for Sunday. Highly recommend anyone to come by for what ever kind of issues you have on your vehicle. Thank you, Chris and the guys.

I would say that the only one I can trust for car-maintenance repair shop. Chris is very helpful and considers customers first not making his money. I'm not going to BMW service because I do not trust them. I'll definitely come back to this shop. It is lucky to find this shop for my car, BMW 328i future any maintenance ☆☆☆☆☆ Thank you, Chris~

Would give these guys six stars if I could. I brought my car to them a few months ago for what I thought was a transmission issue and a bad engine mount. These guys quickly found the problem, which was a shifter linkage bushing and not the transmission at all. They also replaced my engine mounts (all were bad and engine was ready to rip itself out of the car) as well as the drive axles, one of which was bad and the other on its way out. I also had a bad water leak at the time and couldn't leave the car outside in the rain, so they moved it into the shop every night and before any storms. They made my car safe to drive which I couldn't have asked for more. They also did not try to sell me any unnecessary work; they did notice a couple of other small issues and just told me to keep an eye on them. Yesterday I brought my car back to them because of a partial brake failure I experienced on my way to work. They quickly fixed the problem and got me up and running again, car is braking better than ever. They were able to accommodate my situation as well. Friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and you don't need to be a mechanic to understand when they explain your problem to you. Will definitely be bringing my teg back for more work in the future; it's an old car and they take good care of it. 2001 Acura Integra that I wouldn't trust with almost anyone but these guys are awesome. Highly recommended.

This place is great, they do great work, and are very quick. They deal with all the annoying warranty company stuff for you, and not to mention, when I had my new transmission put in, they put in the rear main seal, and a mass airflow sensor without charging me extra. That’s what I call above and beyond. Chris Hicks is definitely THE MAN to go to when it comes to transmission work. He will stick up for you when it comes to dealing with these ****** up warranty companies, and make sure you get as much coverage as he can get you, so that you can keep your money in your pocket. Super solid shop, I would recommend every day of the week. These guys rock and also will answer any stupid questions you may have.

The shop is extremely clean and well organized. Staff were all very helpful and courteous. I really appreciate the call to attention of all the certifications and commitments to excellence. My car was in a bad state I was informed with clear detail the efforts necessary to secure the correct parts and very clear explanations about how long the work would take and what the exact costs of all parts and labor. I would recommend anyone to this shop for transmission, or any other auto work needs!

Took my truck in on Thursday had it at the end of the day Friday. Fast, friendly. Truck works like new. Was quoted a very fair price for the job. Good experience all around.

Highly recommend them. Had to have a transmission rebuild in my Toyota Van. Very courteous. Kept me updated as they went thru process (answered all my crazy questions very patiently), stayed within quoted price and had vehicle back to me in one week. Even want to recheck their work in a couple of weeks after I've driven it. To me that is due diligence.

Used this place several times after they opened good service with a good price, call the other day for a quote to service a transmission and the guy said 300.00 called the dealership and they quoted me 199.00 so to the dealership i will go, thier prices at Transformer has gotten out of line in my opinion probably won't ever grace their doors again!!!!
