My car stopped working and couldn't be turned on again.

I’m out of town a couple hours away & my youngest attends UNL. Her car would not start when a friend of a friend recommended The Trade Center. I contacted them & worked with/ Jeff- he was Amazing! I have dealt with/ shops in the tri-cities & Omaha who has tried: gauge, cheating & manipulating me as they stereotype ME! I communicated w/ Jeff via phone for this issue & NEVER ONCE did I feel, manipulated, lied to or judged! GUESS WHO ILL BE CALLING for the next 7 years!!! My other child just graduated from UNMC otherwise she too would be making the trip to Trade Center because Omaha has NOT been as amazing as the Trade Center and we can’t always make it home to my handy dandy trusty MECHANIC SAVIOR!! Thank you JEFF & TRADE CENTER!!!

They over exceeded expectations of time delivery because of another cancellation and were able to provide quick and painless service. The price was quite a bit higher than I was expecting for what I had done, but I believe it's worth paying for the speed and accuracy.

They're always patient, they listen to what I am describing and they always just get things done. I like to do my own maintenance, but time and equipment dictate certain things in that regard. The crew at Trade Center has always done great work and work with me on our various vehicle repairs. Prices are in line with most other reputable shops. Will continue to use their services!

My family has been using Trade Center for going on 5 years now, the care and explanation of what the repair consists of and what it will take to get it fixed right the first time is there every time.Staff is always willing to field questions no matter when we call for service.We also drive 45 minutes to have them do all repairs.Why-because they are that good

I broke down thousands of miles from home and AAA towed me here. These folks are so good to me. A) The place is very clean, B) The people are very nice, C) They keep you informed amd don’t do Anything before telling you the price and getting your go ahead. D) They fixed my car on the fly in one day and had me on my way. I recommend them 100%!!!

They are very friendly, family atmosphere, if there is an issue with my vehicle they will tell me about it and what can be done to fix the issue.

The owners and staff are caring people who are extremely knowledgeable. Their passion for automobiles is apparent. I’ve been getting oil changes and repairs here for over 5 years, and these guys are hard workers who do an excellent job of communicating with customers. Their waiting room is comfortable and stylish. I highly reccomend trade center auto!! 10/10
