I scheduled a 9:00 AM oil change and arrived at 8:45 AM, expecting to wait at the dealership for a quick service. Instead, I didn’t get my car back until 12:10 PM—a three-hour wait for a simple oil change. Despite requiring a master technician, my appointment time should have been honored, and I received inconsistent updates throughout the morning. I was told they were “wrapping up” around 11AM, only to learn 30 minutes later they had just drained the oil. If I had known the true timeline, I would have taken my car elsewhere rather than waste half my day waiting for an oil change. This was an unacceptable experience, and other reviews suggest it’s part of a larger issue at this dealership.

I went in to get an ignition cylinder to replace my old one. I asked to speak to someone about what I needed to do to get the immobilizer to sync with the new keys. They refused to even tell me what the process was. All they kept saying was that normaly someone would just bring it into the shop to get it done. When I asked to speak to the store manager, they ignored me. If this is how they treat people that already own their cars how will they treat you after the sale. Horrible experience. I do not recommend. Go somewhere where they respect your right to repair your own car. Don't shop here they are far to greedy. By the way the cost for the new cylinder was nearly 500 dollars. That was just for a new locking cylinder nothing else.

I had a routine inspection that went great they were very nice and worked fast I definitely enjoyed getting to relax for a minute and drink a couple cups of coffee

I needed work done on my vehicle to address a factory recall that was going to take 2+ hours to complete. I needed to get back home to receive a delivery and they refused to offer a loaner vehicle. They told me I could call a rental car company to bring me a vehicle, but they wouldn't cover the cost. Prior to having my Toyota I had a Mazda that I would get serviced at Eastgate Mazda and it was never an issue getting a loaner car. Very disappointing.

Once again, I had a bad experience with Stacey.  This time it was connected with my 70K mile check up. Since I bought the car there, I've always gone back for warranty work. The appointment was on Wednesday, July 24.  On Thursday I noticed that the tire pressure light was on.  I returned to the dealership.  Stacy told me that the sensor was probably bad.  She made an appointment for a diagnostic for$150 7 days later.  She said to be prepared to leave the car all day. I went straight to the local tire shop.  They diagnosed it at no charge.  It took them 10 minutes.  There was nothing wrong with the sensor, the tires, or the pressure.  We re-set the indicator.  It has not come on again. I think the tech bumped the sensor during the brake inspection. There's no reason I should have to wait 7 days and pay $150 to trouble shoot a problem they created.

Waited over 30 minutes and get my tire pressure checked. Only one service person was working while more than three greeters were around. I was asked by three of them concerning “my appointment”. Disappointed in employee assignment.

Came in for normal service and vibration in the steering wheel, I was told this was normal, I was a master certified technician for almost 2o years , I would not have asked it to be looked at if it was normal, they never asked if I wanted to speak to the technician or take a test drive with the technician, never asked or suggested having the tire balance checked or alignment seems like since it was a warranty problem they didn't have time for it, I left the vehicle at the dealership all day to look for the vibration

Quite literally the worst service department of any dealer I have ever been to in my life. I have been loyal to quite a few other dealers in my time when and where I purchased vehicles in the past. I just happened to use this dealer a few times since I now live near it. Out of the half dozen times I have been there, I have not had a great experience. Quite the opposite. Very sloppy and careless work and not anything what you would expect from a dealer.

Service advisor made a real effort to be welcoming and friendly. Service was slow, taking an hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation. Also, not cheap.

Service coordinator will not pick up phone or return messages. Have to walk in to do a face to face to get any assistance. This has been an awful experience and now I'm told my part is on back order and will be at least a month before I get my truck back.

Always A Great Experience! With the Vast amount of Toyota Parts companies on-line now , if not a need now Part , I will buy online from Parts Geek. Com or Rock Auto. I have found With most part orders that the price is better as well. Maybe 1day there will be such a thing as "Instant Delivery " 😉
