Had a conversation with Rolando Garza today relating to WHY my elderly mother has had to have a synthetic oil change 4 times, and wheel alignment 3 times on her 2021 RAV4, with only 15,600 miles on it. Simply put, I feel my elderly mother was taken advantage of by Toyota sending her text messages that her vehicle needed these services. I have now taken over this situation by telling Rolando I will be overseeing the maintenance on this car, and my mom will run it by me, FIRST, before she takes the car back to Toyota of Laredo. My mom leased, and then bought this car from Toyota of Laredo, and this is the THANKS she gets for doing so ... too many/often text messages to her to bring her car in for UNNEEDED service!! I have also now blocked her phone from receiving any more of these unnecessary text messages that obviously seek to make money off of an elderly lady who didn't know any better. Shame on this dealership!

Took my 2018 Toyota tundra for a recall on the headlights to my Toyota dealer in Laredo Texas and it took them more than three hours to do I don’t know what and upon getting my truck back one of the high beams was no longer working . They were both working before I took it to the Toyota repair shop . After the third hour I got impatient and walked around to see where my truck was and it was not anywhere in the Toyota repair shop area . They should not get any stars in my book . Upon returning my vehicle back it had less fuel than when I dropped it off in the morning . By the looks of it there are too many chiefs and not enough warriors in that place . Most of them are too busy on their cell phones (probably on social media apps) .

Please be careful with taking your car to get it serviced here ! I took my rav4 to get serviced here oct 1 2024 for my transmission flush since it was at the mile mark recommended to get it done and my oil change as well so I take it in and after a week or 2 i feel my car kinda funny but I’m thinking the liquids for the transmission are probably setting in or something well it’s nov 24 -2024 I drive from Laredo to ft. Worth and this is where I feel my car pull back while trying to pick up speed and I thought my car was going to leave me stranded on my travel well I make it to my destination and I’m like well I want to be on the safe side so I take my car into a Toyota dealership here in burleson THANK GOD i did when they open my transmission pan there’s nothing in there ! They try see if there are any sign of a leak and nothing !I reach back to the Toyota in laredo and let them know what’s going on keep in mind I’ve only dove the car 3k miles since I got the “transmission flush” so how is there none in there? They even reach out to the advisor where my car is being serviced well fast forward after going back and forth they don’t want to take responsibility since I was able to drive the car 3k miles after I had took it in So i tell them I’m going to file a complaint and Raul says he no longer can speak to me no more . So I go and tell the dearlership where it’s at that I need my car so im going to get my car serviced and get it done well when they actually start working on and do the flush on my car the fluid was black ! So basically they say yes the service was never performed because if it was the fluid would be reddish/pinkish if I had it done less than 2 months ago. I just wanted Toyota of LAREDO TO DO THINGS RIGHT AND TAKE RESPONSIBILITY ! To help cover for a service I had paid for less than 2 months ago that I shouldn’t have had to get done with just 3k miles ! I was able to drive my car those extra miles after it got “serviced” only because it was from the old transmisión fluid that was never replaced . DEFINITELY WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE if they did not want to help me with this imagine if my Tranmission would have messed up!

I came in for warranty repairs, they wanted me to pay for repairs. 1 year has passed already and never received an update for my faulty transmission. I don't recommend this place

If I could give a ZERO star I would! First let me start with my adviser LUIS PALACIOS he was the worse! The rudest person wouldn’t even answer my questions and was just trying to shut me up! I ask to speak to the manger and he pretty much says that he was going to take over the case LIES! If I wouldn’t have kept calling nothing would be done to my car a 30 min job took them 7 hours! Then I pick up my vehicle and the driver door making a noise like if they over extended it I tell LUIS his response we didn’t open the door we only worked in the front! I was already so frustrated but tell me how you don’t open the door then how did you open the hood!!!! Worst place ever!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I dropped it off for my appointment at 2:30 (actually like 7 min before) and then I received a message TWO HOURS LATER that my vehicle was still in line to get service. Love the rest of appointment times, I didn’t know I signed up for a walk-in service (I didn’t)

Two weeks ago I came to services my car....after two hours I ask how much more do I need to wait for a simple oil change ...I was advice that my service tech had gone to lunch ...and no one can services my car until she would come back....after two and half hours I decided to leave ... I would not recommend (services ) this place to no one🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Después de un mantenimiento que le realizaron a mi vehículo así fue como me lo entregaron, ya pasados 45 minutos me doy cuenta de esto y regreso a la agencia para que solucionen su error, además se tardan más de dos horas para un solo cambio de aceite! (Llegué a las 8:30 y ya son las 10:20 y aún no está listo)

I really appreciate Toyota Service Center's hard work and courtesies.... the only reason for not giving a 5-star score is the too long wait to complete the service or the lack of advising an estimation of time ....

They can’t find a clicking sound under my truck. They take days to fix vehicles that need replacement parts. We have taken our vehicle several times for various reasons, most of the time they can’t figure out what’s wrong with the vehicle.

Worst customer service whatsoever. I tried to return a product I order directly from them but they absolutely refused to accept it because I didn’t have the original bubble wrap it came in. I explained to them that it was ordered directly from them and they refused and their manager was absolutely no help either. I explained that no one had told me how important the bubble wrap was or that it’d be needed to return the item. They were rude and not to mention ignorant at the fact that even the receipt says that all you need to return an item that invoice. I do not recommend anyone do business here.

The oil changes are affordable, but the add on service they try to get you to do is Pricey typical of a dealership. If you have to change air filters or do a brake flush I'd say do it yourself if you can and if it's too complicated for you look around to see who can do it at a more reasonable price.

Why set appointments for oil changes if you still have to wait over three hours? When you ask how longer it’s going to be for your car to be ready and you find out they haven’t even started working on your car. 😒 Not a good experience. Hopefully it’s better next time.
