Shanique gave the best service she deserve a pay increase. I came in to get service and she got me in a car with no down payment. She is great and very understanding. I did not expect to get a car with everything I have going on but she made it happen and I'm truly grateful. Thank you Shanique I'll send everyone I know who is looking for a car to you. I arrived at Rice Toyota Service Department for assistance with my 2021 Toyota Tacoma vehicle inspection after getting rejected from Precision Tune Auto Care; Rice Toyota Rep. David Butler came to assist me with my complaint in which he made me feel that it will be handled in a professional manner; he informed his manager David Kitts. David Kitts made me feel that I will have to pay for the removal of the tint on the front windows. I immediately informed him that the vehicle came like this when I purchased it from here. I told him before I pay for this tint removal, I will take my vehicle to another dealership, long story short. He fix the problem by calibrating the equipment. It passed inspection, no fee, however, no customer should feel uncomfortable about something so simple. David Butler showed better management skills than the manager (David Kitts).

I hate leaving bad reviews, but this is a safety hazard. I had an appointment with the dealership and it still took 4 hours for them to replace the rear brakes on my car, and the technician PUT MY BRAKES ON INCORRECTLY. They did not do a test drive before giving me my car back so I found out my brakes were not working WHILE DRIVING. They had to take my car in again overnight and they did repair it for free, but still tried to withhold details of exactly what was wrong and how it was fixed until I got the manager. If you value your safety go somewhere else.

I went to the Toyota service center after going to autozone for check engine printout. I met Chase and requested for repair estimate based on the print from autozone. Including oil change service, I was gonna spend over $470. But Chase really helped out to discover the actual issue was not what the estimate was about. With Chase’s help, the problem was discovered and sorted. I ended up paying $260. This is one of the best services I have ever received. Thank you Chase and thanks to the service center. Y’all are great!!!

I went there to change transmission fluid and they said you should change it in 50k then I went for second time in 50k they said I should change it in 100.00 !!!! They misguiding customers just wont u to destroy your trans mission to make money I told them to change in 50 k they change fluid but they didn’t change filter I don’t trust them if they change fluid or not

Service is mostly efficient and the waiting area is good. Only drawback is the high cost of some services and the service writers ALWAYS recommend you need additional expensive unnecessary services.

Everyone was prompt and efficient in handling my issues. The reception was busy & full. However, the advisors were assisting customers in a quick, professional manner. I really loved the tech video that details MY vehicles' exact issues & allows the customer to know the exact work required.

I was driving my 2013 Prius a few days ago when all of sudden the dash lit up with at least 5 or 6 different warning lights and the hybrid system stopped functioning, so I was stuck driving in failsafe mode. I used Dr Prius to get the codes and found that for my Prius there was an extended warranty on the affected part (the hybrid inverter). I didn’t purchase my Prius at Rice but I called and explained the situation and they let me set an appointment. When I arrived, Farah was extremely helpful and within a short time, I learned the part would be replaced for free under the extended warranty. There was no hassle, runaround, etc. it went as smoothly as I could have ever hoped for so we will definitely be back in the future when we are looking for a newer vehicle.

Bought a car from Dylan. He was courteous, professional and no pressure. He listened to my needs and wants and accommodated appropriately without the normal car salesman routines that typically make me want to run for the door. It was a refreshing car buying experience for me.

My mother had an appointment at 1p and didn't leave until 630p. All she needed was an oil change, break fluid, and back breaks. Communication was severely lacking. Numerous times she asked how much more time and she'd be told an amount of time which would come and go. She missed her grandson's first baseball game because of this ridiculousness.

I had a 12pm appointment for an oil change. I left at 3pm. Evidently, making an appointment doesn't help you get in and out any faster. I also waited an extra 30 minutes because no one told me everything was done through messages by phone. I had not been in for service in a while and was not made aware of the changes. My service person did not inform me that everything was done through messages on the phone when I arrived. I was very disappointed, especially since I have been a customer for over 30 years.

Went in for the 5k service. Only had tires rotated in 4 hours. They left my car in the parking lot after the inspection and forgot. When I inquired they said they needed a master tech to look at my car. Of course nothing was wrong and they couldn't even wash the car. I asked to speak to the general manager, they all look confused and the customer service employees took turns being the manager. Absolute s show 👏
