The service center dealers are very rude and unprofessional especially Alexis and one lady in service dept , I couldn’t see her name and cant complain enough about their poor service. Save your time and go to other toyota dealership. They treat customers with respect.

It started out rough because there was a major breakdown in communication. It started with fixing a cracked oil pan and then the next day just a text saying your engine is blown and you need a new one. After getting upset and thinking about taking it somewhere else; I went up there and they walked me around the car and actually showed me exactly what had happened. My wife had hit a pothole and it wreaked havoc on the underside of our car. After that they were great. We all apologized for the breakdown in communication and now they are fixing everything up.

I have to say I was weary of towing my truck to this dealership based on the reviews and my instinct was right. At 12:30 pm I get a call from Jake who asks what’s wrong with it gets the details then proceed to tell me they likely won’t get an answer today and may have one on Monday. They’ll try to do what they can as they close at 3pm but If a diagnosis feels applies it’ll be $250+. This here set the tone for what was already a low score of 4.1 to begin with for a Toyota dealership. It’s a replica of the leadership from the general manager to the service manager. Immediately I am told of what to expect worse case scenario vs what they’re going to try to do and will work hard to get it done. Glass half empty. I’m not advocating for another dealership in a Burleson where I bought my truck and get it serviced at due to the 4.9 rating they live up to. I called and spoke with Ava at the dealership and immediately she tells me that she will do everything in her power tog et it down today. Just get it there and let her know when it’s on the way so she will keep an eye out for it and get it to working on. She then said they close at 5pm. Night and day difference as the rating speak volumes. And to add, the diagnostic fee is $95.88 if it applies. She will work with me on it. This is why I go to Burleson of Toyota. Please Dustin Herndon help get Denton Toyota up to par. I just moved here and really need it.

-- Certified Mechanics fail to diagnose problems after having vehicle 5 days. -- Body Shop failed to properly prep when painting front bumper cover...paint is bubbling, peeling, and they missed a big spot because they apparently didn't tape/mask properly. --- I bought this "fully inspected" Sienna (over $19K total). A month later A/C quits intermittently, water pours in when it rains, fuel filler door is falling off, new paint on the front bumper (Toyota of Denton Body Shop "fixed" scuffs when prepping the van for sale) is bubbling and peeling and has a big spot they missed painting. Toyota of Denton offered to look at the water leak and a/c issue. Their service department had the van 5 days then said their certified mechanics can't find the leak and wanted to charge me $1200 to remove the head liner so they could get a better look. They also couldn't diagnose the a/c issue, "because it's intermittent". They make a big deal of having certified mechanics but I'm left with doing the work myself since their mechanics are incapable of proper diagnostics, and their body shop does shoddy work. Toyota of Denton used to be a good dealership. Now, the workmanship of the Service Department and the self-serving decisions of the Used Car Sales Department and dealership Management seem to indicate a breakdown of character, integrity, quality, and professionalism from the top down.

I have been a customer at this Toyota dealership for the majority of my vehicle's ownership. Since I started using the Denton location, I have encountered both minor and major issues. When I raised concerns, I have been directly insulted and accused of lying. Each time I visit, they tamper with my telescoping mirrors, forcing me to readjust them. On top of this, there was an incident where my oil plug fell out while I was on the road, and the service agent denied any possibility of their involvement, despite being the only dealership I used for oil changes. The last straw was during my most recent visit on 9/23 with Service Agent Carrie Tremble. I came in for a 5,000-mile tire adjustment. They sent me a proposal invoice for $1,113 in repairs, which included an AC Refresh for a truck with only 55,000 miles on it. The service agent failed to explain why these repairs were necessary or how they related to my warranty. It felt like they were only interested in padding their own paycheck and had no time for my concerns. During my time at the service center, I waited for my service agent to inform me that the tire rotation was complete, but I received no communication. I had to discover it myself in the parking lot. Afterward, I attempted to contact the service center to inquire about the repairs needed to maintain my warranty. I was told the site supervisor would call me to provide answers, but even hours after sharing my availability, I have received no contact.

If I could give zero stars I would. Save yourself the time and go to any other Toyota Dealership. I was scheduled for a service on my Highlander and when I arrived I was told I didn't need an oil change, just a tire rotation. Ok, great. Shouldn't be too long since they aren't completing an oil change. My appointment was at 9:40 AM, I arrived at 9:30 AM. I left the dealership after over 2.5 hours. I was not given any update until I asked at 11:15 "how much longer on my car?" The service agent then went to look and came back claiming the printer was not working and they didn't get to mine, but "it'll be ready in 15 minutes." Yet, I watched countless people arrive and leave while I waited. I walked out of the service department at 11:50. Even the customer service rep who was walking around asking how people were doing was blown away that I was waiting that long on a TIRE ROTATION. What's even better is I don't think the service was even completed due to them just being so far behind. Do not go here, drive down to another city!

The service here is amazing. Sarah and the department of services will make sure you get the necessary requirements needed for you vehicle without even forcing it upon you. I love to get in and out here on time. This is the spot I would continue to go to for my car maintenance.

So my service in general wasn’t that bad the problem is customer service and them being so concern for you to leave asap that they don’t really care about explaining what’s going on with your car afterwards. Sara told me I would need a battery replacement for my next service as an observation. I have all the documents that prove my point. My battery died within 2 weeks. Did they solve my situation? No. We’re they helpful after my incident? Even worse. Not coming back here! What a difference between this location and Dallas

Took in vehicle for maintenance upkeep and left without work done. This is the second time I have been in for a tire rotation and work was not done. Another establishment had to inform me that the patched tire was still where the work was originally done. While I support local businesses, I do not support dishonest work. I will have to rethink returning to this establishment in the future. Now I'm wondering if I received an oil change and a new air filter... Ugh
