Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They went out of their way to give me advice and options. No hard sell. They really wanted what was best for me. They actually said I could get another year on my current tires, so I didn’t need to buy new tires ones. Who does that! Extremely professional and really nice to work with. I’m very grateful.

Gotta say no better place to go for any kind of tire need! Customer service is off the charts honestly was able to be helped out very quickly and efficiently by Peter! Spoke with Chad in Topsham about new tires for my jeep. I was glad I got him because I wasn’t really sure exactly what I wanted as I want to do something other than stock. He was very helpful explaining how the tire sizes worked and the different tread patterns offered. He’s really got me thinking now about the rims they have too. Wasn’t ready to buy today but now I know what to save for and will definitely ask for him once I’m ready! I appreciate his patience and expertise.

If you’re looking for reliable tire service, look elsewhere. The last two vehicles I have had full sets of tires put on here have been nothing but problems. The first vehicle had over $2000 of damage done to it that was not communicated to me until I noticed, the second vehicle obtained 2 different flat tires within 48 hours of being installed. Not to mention it took over 3 hours to have the tires installed after making an appointment weeks in advance. Over two hours to have the first tire fixed, never received a call when the vehicle was finished. The staff has been extremely unhelpful. Chad specifically was disrespectful and unhelpful. Take your business elsewhere or else you will be disappointed. Stay away from the Topsham Maine location. All they could offer were apologies, apologies don’t make up for all of my waisted time and money. Update- 4th day after new tire install, 3 out of 4 tires have lost air….

THESE GUYS ROCK! Over the past couple weeks Zach, Chad and Peter have put in countless hours of time and dedication to assist me with getting two separate vehicles equipped with affordable winter tires! This process is almost always stressful but thanks to these guys and the service techs as well it has been the best tire service I have experienced to date. Highly recommend getting your tire service done at the Topsham Mall Town Fair Tire!

Terrible waste of time…. When they say it may be up to one hour before your car goes into the bay, read that as 2 1/2 hours. So disrespectful of customers’ time. Very disappointed. *** Post review update: after initially posting the one-star review above, I received the reply below from Rich Allen, Customer Service Manager, as well as a phone call from the person at the store with whom I'd worked the day before. Both acknowledged the issue, and that things had gone very poorly the day before, and took steps to address the situation. I will say that the experience I had on this particular occasion was in stark contrast to the experience I've had over the previous seven years as a customer at this location, which has generally been good. I'm leaving this as a one-star review, NOT because I want to exact another pound of flesh over this one bad experience that I had, but because I know that lots of people make a particular point of reading both the five-star and the one-star reviews to help bracket the range of customer experiences with a service or product. In this case, I want people reading the one-star review to know that the folks at Town Fair Tire took my complaint seriously, dealt with me personally, and addressed the issue substantively and respectfully, and that I intend to continue being a customer of theirs.
