From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of stellar, thanks in large part to an outstanding employee named Brian. I initially took my vehicle in due to a horrible dent and scratch that I thought would be a significant burden to fix. Brian assessed the damage and immediately put my mind at ease with his expertise. He worked diligently to buff out the dent and scratch, and the results were nothing short of miraculous! I was amazed at how he was able to restore my car’s appearance to near perfection. What truly stood out was Brian’s commitment to customer satisfaction. While addressing the primary issues, he took the time to inspect my vehicle thoroughly and identified a few previously unnoticed areas that needed attention. Without hesitation, he smoothed those areas out as well – all at no extra charge! This level of service is incredibly rare and speaks volumes about Touch Up Pro’s dedication to their customers. Touch Up Pro is a phenomenal company when I needed to get a touchup done on my hood of my car Annie and Rebecca were very good about getting me on the schedule. When I arrived at Touch Up Pro Chad came out looked at the issue I was having and did a phenomenal job. I previously had another company use a Touch Up pen and the color did not match. Chad came out right away and fixed it to where it matched perfectly. I highly recommend Touch Up Pro. I have attached before and after photos. I also attached the other companies mess up using a Touch Up pen. The photo that you can hardly see anything is the perfect job well done job from Touch Up Pro.

This company stole from me, I’m a professional cleaner and took the time on my days off to clean for this business every week. They promised me an amount, but they never paid me for my work. Every-time I’ve tried to contact the owner, SURPRISE! No response. So I’m leaving this review. Thank you.

I had a minor fender bender in my vehicle. I called Touch Up Pro and they came to my house the next day and on site they cleaned up the other vehicles paint on my car, buffed up and polished it. To see the bang on my car you have to look closely, I am very happy with the work that they did. I would recommend them to anybody.

I just had Touch Up Pros do some work on my truck because the paint was sun faded and I am beyond blown away by their expertise and how amazing my truck came out. I will forever be grateful and appreciate their customer service. They even cleaned the inside of my truck. It’s been quite the experience and I highly recommend Touch Up Pros.

I would highly recommend Touch Up Pro - Mobile Body Shop. This was the second time I have used them and they did such an amazing job the first time, I called them again to make some minor repairs on my car. Shawn immediately knew how to repair the black marks on my car door (plastic rocker trim; that's according to my BF). I accidentally hit a piece of tire on the freeway as I wasn't able to avoid it. Shawn removed the marks in no time at all and also fix a minor scrap I had on the back of the bumper. My car looks so much better and I am very pleased with the results. We attempted to remove the black marks ourselves but couldn't. I would definitely use them again!!! Thanks Shawn and thanks to the rest of the Touch Up Pro employees. Their customer service is excellent and they have a great response time.

Amazing and HONEST HONEST HONEST! Called them due to what I thought were chips. They came out to give me an estimate. Found it was ROAD TAR. Instead of “charging me” some mock fee, they cleaned off the tar with their cleaner and said “thank you for calling us”. I’ve used them in the past, but this level of honesty is sorely lacking in business today. Do not hesitate to call them for your needs.

I was referred to Touch-Up Pro by a work colleague because we thought our car had been keyed. Jason showed up (on time!) and right away said the car had not been keyed… he was able to remove the glue or gum that was alongside the entire car. I could not be happier with the service, with Jason’s attitude and knowledge, and would HIGHLY recommend Touch-Up Pro for any body work you need! I’ll be a customer for life.

I had a positive experience using Touch Up Pro. The technician who came out to do the estimate/ quote on my vehicle and the office/ customer service team were very professional. I had researched Touch Up Pro, I live in Yuma and wanted quality work done. I was a walk in appointment to see what they could do with the white pearl paint on my My new Honda. Brian came out and looked it over, grabbed one of his paint techs. They took care of it on the spot. This kind of service is not found anywhere any more. I will say he has earned my business from now on, well worth the 3 1/2 hour drive each way. Look no further you want these guys.. Thanks

I just love Touch Up Pro so much! This is my second time using them and I only have great things to say. These people are incredible. I called them on Monday about a huge scratch I made along with a crack in my tail light for backing up into the side of the garage. They said I’d have to go to Mesa and drop it for 5 days and when I said that wouldn’t work for me, they checked into availability and said they could come out to my work and instead do it in one full day, 8am-5pm for the SAME COST! They were able to schedule me for that same week on Friday. They came today and it took him from only 8am-11:30am. I didn’t have to take off work and my car looks brand new for a reasonable cost. These guys are the best and I’d only reccomend them for anything you need done. SUCH a time saver for them to come to you. 10/10 customer service and 10/10 for touch ups.

Someone scratched our suburban while it was parked at my wife’s work. She’s actually the one who found touch up pro’s, and convinced me to go through them to fix the car. I’m glad we did! Not only were they extremely quick to respond, but their pricing and work is unmatched. You will not find a better price and quality of work, these guys are amazing! My wife got a quote and appointment set within 24hours. I asked the company I normally take my cars to what it would cost to fix it, and they quoted me $1600. Touch up pros did it for under $500, and I did not need to use my insurance. They made everything convenient, and even came to my house to fix it. This company is great!

We had a great experience with the team at Touch Up Pro. Everyone was friendly and professional! We took in my wife’s car to remove a scratch from the hood and they were able to take it out quickly. We would highly recommend the service and will be returning for any future needs. Amazing work!!!!

Had some work done on my vehicle a little while ago, and just a heads up to all consumers, Touch Pros reports everything up to Carfax. Even though it was a minor scratch, I have to explain to dealerships now that the vehicle was not in an accident as they reported it as "vehicle reconditioned". I didn't leave this comment before, but there was also quite a bit of overspray that I had to get fixed. Find another vendor that won't cause these issues.

Touch up Pro did an awesome job on my Kia forte. I got bumped by another vehicle’s tire on my rear side of the car. I got an immediate call back and estimate. They fixed the bump and scratch on my car right at my work place which was convenient. Can not even tell at all that any work was done. I highly recommend this company very professional and great customer service.

I had some bumper damage on the bottom of my tesla from it bottoming out on a tall speed bump in a parking lot. It looked a lot uglier than the impact felt, and they were able to make it look like it never happened. Would definitely use them again

I have used the services of Touch Up Pro to repair body and paint damage on 5 different vehicles over the last few years, ranging from $550. to $2,700. I would rate 4 of those repairs each as a 10 and one as an 8. If you know me, you know I am a grouchy old man who is not easy to please when it comes to my cars. The work I have seen from Touch Up Pros has been consistently beyond expectation in quality and color matching. I highly recommend Touch Up Pro for body and paint repair.

I can go on forever,however all it comes down to is touch up pro is the absolute best when it comes to service, quality, keeping their word and true customer service. Jeff and I had some initial troubles getting together for our appointment which were circumstantial and really nobody's fault. He did turn around and drive back to my location from his office which is a good 50 mi from my house which I certainly appreciated it and the job did run over until the next day because of complications with the paint job but Jeff was more than accommodating and making sure that the final product was very good. I appreciated his friendliness professionalism and attention to detail in making sure I was a more than satisfied customer. Kudos to the receptionist who helped me submit my photos after I driven over to the shop which was a long distance from my home but they didn't have a estimator there. Also thanks to the owner who provides a valuable service that is complimentary to the large auto body places that charge outrageous amounts of money. I would definitely recommend this shop

Bought my 2023 Tesla Model 3 with a poorly done touch-up on the front bumper. It didn’t match at all and needed to be re-done. Touch Up Pro had my bumper looking brand new in about 2 hours! The bumper now looks perfect. The cost was also very reasonable, less than half of what a body shop quoted me. Highly recommend Touch Up Pro for all your cosmetic vehicle repair needs.

Reached out to Touch Up Pro and spoke with Annie who was very helpful and got me scheduled for a quote asap. Randy came out and gave a very reasonable quote and got the scratch/dent fixed on my car the next day! It’s as if the scratch and dent were never there. I couldn’t believe it! Randy’s skill is magic! I don’t know how else to describe it. I will definitely recommend this company because they are reasonable, honest, professional and are skilled experts in their field. Chad and Rebecca run a first class operation. They handled my repair on our RV to perfection. From the lady’s handling the phone calls and booking our repair dates to Richard coming out to complete the job. We were completely happy with how they looked after us. I had a small dent on my car and arranged to have touch up pro come to the house to repair it. I was so totally impressed with the professionalism of the technician. He was so meticulous and in the end, did an amazing job of repairing the dent. The price was right and the end product was amazing. Well done.

Touch Up Pro's are terrific. I highly recommend this company. My truck had a few scratches and door dings from other drivers. I cannot tell where the dammage was. The paint matching was perfect. Super Job
