I had my Cadillac converters cut off my car once back in '2013 and he did a great job. So here in '2019 I took my car to him for upper ball joints and lower ball joints.he put the uppers on and told me I didn't need the lower. Approximately 2 months later I was driving one day and the whole front end dropped. Luckily I didn't have my daughter in car with me at the time. I had car towed to my house got a mechanic to put lower ball joints on. Also I stayed outside and watch the mechanic work. As he was working the mechanic pointed out other issues that the mechanic at Totten should have corrected. It wasn't extra work the issues were. It was simple issues such as the my Abs wire was under the stabilizer bar. (Any good mechanic would have put the wire correctly to avoid additional problems.i really feel like his the one who put the wire incorrect in first place.) That was one the driver side.in addition on the passenger side.the whole brake caliper was actually twisted.now that I'm writing this I'm wishing that I would've taken pictures to show how obvious these issues were intentional.
