Dillon and his team were amazing! They checked out my battery and fixed my canopy in less than an hour for free! They had a relaxing customer lounge with coffee and were extremely friendly and professional. Extremely impressed with their their business and plan on using them for future car repairs and oil changes. Best experience I’ve ever had at an auto repair shop!

I have dealt with Dallas and Dillon. They have both done a great job. I don't let many places touch my vehicle. I like this place and the guys who work there. I think they do great work at a fair price. The front office ladies are good too!

This place is a dang Christmas miracle! The starter on my Tundra went out the week of Christmas and of course my normal mechanic was closed. I scrambled to find someone who was open and ran across Total Upgrade. I called while waiting for a tow and was surprised they could squeeze me in. I was impressed with great customer service, a transparent and timely cost estimate, and a new starter installed the same day (no small feat for a 2010 tundra due to its location)! I will definitely be coming back.

I had a small problem with my jetta. I called and they got me right in and took care of it immediately. They took care of it at a lesser price! I will continue to have my car serviced at this wonderful establishment!

Picked this place based on location and where my daughter’s car broke down. It was definitely a win! They were able to take my car in and look at it midday on a Friday and finish on a Monday at a very reasonable price. They were incredibly hospitable to the toddlers that I work with definitely a win.!

The TU team has been servicing my cars since they first opened and I first got my license. That’s how great they are, I keep coming back! Now that I drive a Tesla, they even service my electric car and gave me new tires in under an hour. So quick and professional plus the customer lounge is a nice added touch to get some work done while we wait. Thank you TU!

Excellent service! Excellent job! I had my 2022 WRX lowered and a new exhaust put on. They were so helpful in the whole process. The price was the most reasonable out there so any reviews saying they are expensive I disagree...they are fair especially for the job done and the quickness (had it back by the end if day)with which it was done. I will be going back for anything on my build that I am not comfortable doing myself. Thank you guys! Great job!

I’ve been there 3 times. They are always quick. The work is good quality. The price is fair. I appreciate them. I would like a little bit more communication on price changes and work plan before it’s done but can see how that would be difficult given how fast they get the work done.

Went to the Hillsboro location and can't believe this place has 4.5 stars. They just throw parts at it they don't really diagnose and they aren't honest! Stay away!!!

Dillon and his team do a great job. They recently installed a Rough Country 3” lift in my truck. Looks great! We’ve been going to Total Upgrade for several years now and they are always friendly, provide great customer service, and do quality work.

So they worked on a 1991 Cadillac Seville and it was sent in because the ignition and the fact it would cut off randomly and they didn't fix the part where it just shuts off randomly and went in this morning and the older man there took offense it seems cause he denied it all and wanted to charge for checking it after he didn't finish his job anyway and the airbag light stays on now too so IDK if they left it unhooked or what

Hello all! I just want to say the services I received here were great! Recently, my car had broken down, and as a result my transmission began to fail. I then took my car to a dealership, and they told me that I would have to repair it for $10k. I was taken aback by the expensiveness, but then was referred here instead. Later, I had met with Dillon, who was very helpful and offered me a better deal. And so within a few days, I came back and they resolved the issue quickly with my car looking brand new. I’m very happy with the staff, and the services provided, as it was done in a timely manner, as well as the price which was less than $3k. Very cost effective. I highly recommend this shop. And out of a 5 star rating, I’d give it much more! 😂

Great work done here!!! Had new headlights installed, but there was a manufacturer defect in one of them, had to re-order, and then go back to the shop. They were very accommodating and fast! Highly recommend will definitely use them again.

*Update Still amazing* I have gone back for more work on my car since this review and honestly they have won me over. What a great shop with the right attitude. I needed my upper control arms replaced it was done and I was back on the road feeling safe. I had my breaks done about a year ago, in that time something happened to the rotors where they were worn and making quite a bit of noise. I was able to bring the car in and work with their team to make it right. Thank you to the team for keeping me safe on the road! I called, got a quote and it was exactly the amount once the work was done. The employees didn't try and sell me things I didn't need. They replaced my rotors, brakes and brake fluid for under $500. Great service, kept me updated through the process and it was done in a timely manner.

Highly recommend this shop! My car wouldn’t start so I got it towed here and they determined the issue and fixed it all one day. They gave me a reasonable estimate for the service and kept me updated and informed throughout the process. My car is running smoothly now and I’m thankful for their fast, quality service

I had good experiences in both Orenco and downtown Hillsboro locations. Most recently, I visited Total Upgrade Automotive in Downtown Hillsboro. Taylor and team professionally fixed the problem and helped me to save a lot of money by avoiding unnecessary fixes suggested by others. I will definitely visit them again.

I went in for a squeaky serpentine belt after changing my alternator, they tightened up the tension for me and I was out of there in five minutes. Everyone I spoke to was super nice and helpful, would definitely recommend them to anyone

I've been turned away before from other shops with my Subaru because it's lowered. However Total Upgrade Automotive was able to straighten out my steering wheel and was able to setup my camber and toe per my request (with reason). Great value for my request and I plan to use them again in the future.

The staff are totally transparent in their prognosis. The pricing is high but with this outfit you get what you pay for and it is extraordinary. The lady at the front desk has a lot of knowledge about cars and is a joy to talk to. I highly recommend this repair shop for your automotive needs. This is my GO TO shop!!! Kudos.

The technicians at this place are the reason it is a 5 star shop. Had glow plugs replaced about 2000 miles later one glow plug threw a code the fixed it with their warranty and then as I was leaving a problem popped up that hadn’t been there before I dropped it off. Several of the techs came out and fixed it on the spot before I left! That’s why I keep coming back
