He got my 10k and he’s no where if anyone knows where is he please let me know And also anyone got hurt from this person there are most welcome to come bring their paperwork. We will take him to the court. I already have his paperwork in the court, so couple of us get together and put our lawsuit on him so he needs to learn a lesson, anyone want to lawsuit him they are most welcome to come and we will put their paperwork together with my paperwork and we will sue him

Worst experience ever! I spent a small fortune at this shop to get my car fixed, and it’s still not working. The so-called mechanics are completely clueless and the staff are beyond rude. They clearly don’t care about their customers—just about making money. This place is a total scam. Avoid it like the plague unless you want to throw your money away and still have a broken car.

I paid thousands for repairs that were never done.⚠️ CHECK THE OTHER REVIEWS I'M NOT THE ONLY VICTIM⚠️ The mechanics have no idea what they’re doing, and the staff are incredibly dismissive and rude. This business is a joke. They’re just looking to take your money without providing any real service. Don’t make the same mistake I did. They will take your money and smile in your face.

If I could do zero stars I would. I spent almost 4k at this place so they could 'fix' my car. They kept it for almost 2 months. After the long wait a month later the car was back to square one. I called and told them what happened and the person I had spoken to and gave all my cash to had gotten fired. I've been trying for months now to get them to fix what was supposed to be fixed the first time. They scammed me out of almost $4,000 and I am sitting in their office where the owner (Luis) was supposed to meet me at 8am (it is currently 8:25) and he is not here. This is by far the worst experience. I would not recommend anyone to come here ever. I went to another mechanic who told me he couldn't see anything new or fixed under the car. Nothing of what I paid for was fixed. They used a band-aid and charged me 4k for it. Ladies don't be fooled. This place is the worst. I worked hard to come up with that money and it's not fair what they are doing. This is neglect and I'm absolutely taking them to court for this.

Took our business truck there back in August of 2023. My company was paying them to put another engine in it. While in their possession they let us know that one of their mechanics left the catalitic convertors in the back of the truck bed and was stolen. They stated they were having issues getting new ones. My boss ordered two new ones. We finally got the truck back two days before Christmas. They said it was done. Brought it to Vegas for our shop to check it out. They discovered that the engine they said they put in was bad. Dropped the truck back at Total Mechanical January 2nd. They got to where they were at returning calls and answering the phone. My boss finally got a hold of them on February 4th and they said it would be done that following Wednesday. They went silent again. No one in the office, not answering phones. So my boss asked if We had a spare key. I said yes. Said to go get it. I picked it up on February 24th. Brought it Vegas. Our shop says it still has the original engine in it. Paid $1600 and got scammed.

I worked a lot with the owner Luis, and he has been true to his word as far as pricing and finishing the work. Unfortunately, if you have a hard-to-find motor, it may take longer. Overall, I am happy with the service and know this shop can be trusted for general repairs that aren't too extreme. Thank you for your hard work and reliability guys.

Looks like some reviewers here had better luck than I did. I was charged for 2 separate repairs on 2 different vehicles and the repairs weren't made. Luis had many excuses. Said he's call me when he had a opening for me but the calls never came and he kept taking in new customers. He got my $$ and I got his middle finger. His work is so shoddy that Shane Dunton of Dunton Motors started taking his sales cars that need to be worked on elsewhere. Total mechanical has been my worst experience in the entire Mohave Valley. If you need an oil change or a battery installed then maybe. If you have $$ to burn then stay away from this place and go to a casino. Twice burned and twice learned.

Trusted them to replace an engine, and the new engine blew up. They replaced that one, n we got our car. Drove it less than 10 miles, another blown engine. Alled them to fix it on the day the warranty was to expire, n they wont repair it. They want us to give them another 3000$!! Screw them

Have had my transmission for over 8 months with constant excuses on why it hasn’t been ready. Blacklisted my phone number so I couldn’t call and all around just a shady experience.

Took my truck in for A/C not working they fixed the blend door and did an A/C service very professional....I had to take my truck back for a different A/C problem they told me the evaporator was leaking so they supposedly fixed it for $800 after a few days I noticed it didn't feel cold I took it back 1st time the owner put gages on it and said it was fine a few more days and it was completely out of refrigerant so I took it back again he charged it up anyway I went through this several times until he told me the new evaporator was bad very difficult to get a hold of this place don't take your vehicle here for A/C work especially unfortunately very unprofessional service

Best in Bullhead. I am an owner of a taxi company, and they handle all of our service and tires. Most other cab companies use them as well.

They did a easy repair Antoine it was more work to fix another witch had caused it not more than a few hours repair and they wanted me to wait a week for the guy to look at it well after they changed me a 100 bucks to swap apart that was a level 2 out 5 difficulty maybe even a 1 I went across the way anhad it repaired and back on the road that night making money 💰 instead of costing money by Waite g for them to fx it I rated low cause they were bad about advice as I was told that they were ha I g it done first thing an to my surprice it sat there i

They know what they’re doing and know how to get it done fast and at a reasonable price. Had a tow hitch and electrical harness put on and it all works perfectly. Highly recommend!
