This is my experience. I'm sure yours is or was different. But if your looking for a body shop that your expecting to take care of your vehicle. And to get it back in pre existing condition. THIS IS NOT YOUR SHOP! I bought my 2020 kia optima brand new almost 4 years ago. It only had 17 miles on it. I've called her blessing. When I purchased her, I was shaking scared. But also she couldn't had come at a better time. My moms dementia started to decline. I was driving from Greenwood to Fountain Inn to Greenville for doctor appts. Back in October 2024, I was struck by a deer on 25. ONE of the employees (no names mentioned) told me to bring it by, he would look out with my 1,000 deductible. This un named person I've known for some years now. I thought and prayed hard. Because something in my gut was saying NO~ (I usually always go with my gut) But I also really didn't have the extra money. (Being I'm on SSI, fixed income) Unknown name looked at the papers, he looked at the prices. And CALLED ME THE NEXT DAY and told me he could do it! But obviously his "could do it, and mine" are 2 different. I got my car back 1 week later. Unknown drove it 15 mins to my apt. To pick me up, so we could go get his money from my bank. When he pulled up, he jumped out so fast. And said "I don't want to be reliable driving it" :/ I should had looked at my car. The doors are completely off. They hit each other when opened and closed. Front fender needs to be adjusted. Big gap!!!! My headlight driving light is yellow. Not white. Back door does not go to that model car. It is pushed in more than the front. Spots where he never did any kind of fix to them. (The paint is chipping from no work being performed on these spots) DIRT OR SAND IN MY PAINT!!!!! I had to beg for a wire harness. (Its prob used) He told me my door windows couldn't be replaced with my original windows. (That was a lie) Now my back window has a red tint on the inside. (These windows are so filthy.) I paid 180.00 to have the tint put on that car when purchased. Scratches that were never fixed "AS ACCORDING TO CLAIM!!?? And he says the piece in the muddle of front and back door needs to be pulled out!!! IT WAS NEVER HIT IN THAT SPOT!!!! He got paid 5,000. And I'm in hell trying to get them to fix it. IF YOU WAS NOT GOING TO FIX IT LIKE YOU SAID YOU COULD DO. YOU COULD HAD TOLD ME!! I would had took it to kia, and figured out the 1,000 deductible. They have caused so many harms and emotional break down In my life!!! Not only am I disgusted about the work. My feelings are hurt and I feel betrayed. These men use these recovery (AA) boys that know nothing about the job. And pay them bare minimum. I reported to BBB. Go check out there report. Ya, you won't see one. They never communicated back with BBB. How does one stay sober over 10 years Scamming people? Using them? Talking to them like dogs? God bless yall.

Mark and his guys did such a beautiful job on my truck, I’m so grateful. Mark & Sammy are overall great people, my truck looks brand new again and I HIGHLY recommend these guys. They are deserving of more than 5 stars!

I took my 2014 Mazda to see about getting bright yellow polka dots off of my vehicle from a splatter of craft paint left at the Hospice Store in Greenwood. These men immediately got the paint off of my car, they were very professional and helpful with any questions I asked. Thank you Mark and your team for your professionalism and sense of urgency..

Terrible, halfass work.I’ve had two repairs from this company. One for my trunk and one for my front end. The trunk looked fine for about a year. Then you notice they don’t use quality paint. Now your trunk looks like absolute garbage because they use subpar materials. They replaced my front end and didn’t put the clips to hold them in place. So everytime i drive they pop out. They have cheap prices because they do cheap work. Invest in your car and get someone who can do good work and used quality materials. You get what you pay for I guess just wish I knew sooner.

I had these guys repair my truck over a year ago. I hit a deer and had them do the repair. The quote was to paint both fenders and repair one and and paint the hood to match replace headlight and remove the old stripes and paint after including the hood.When I picked up my truck it was wet from washing. I’m guessing so I couldn’t see the paint. I immediately called mark and he said they’d take care of it. Here it is over a year later and as you can see they never painted the hood. They do not do good quality work anymore!

To anyone who is thinking of auto repairs and body work I highly recommend total body and paint I for one have been the type that was in the past skeptical of mechanics and auto body shops having been gouged on several occasions by other places. They AR the exception to the rule in my opinion they are the utmost professionals and should be commended on their professionalism and sensitive treatment to those who need their help and and a lot of cases financially vulnerable at the time their services are needed I would recommend them to anyone and everyone and while I hope I never have to use their services again you can bet that I return every time to Mark and Sam a total body and paint thank you such a good job well done.
