Don't go here. The manager is nice, but the staff cannot do their jobs and they are way overpriced. Kept my car for fifteen hours and couldn't even be bothered to put on two new tires until they were forced to. Something is wrong with the team and in my book they should just close the doors. I want to forget they exist.

I rolled in with a flat tire and a broken valve on my spare in the middle of a busy day and rain storm. They were so incredibly nice and helpful. Fixed both BEFORE I was expecting it done and the price was completely reasonable. Couldn't recommend more. I'll definitely use them again now that I know they are there.

Tim and his team just took care of my college daughters Infinity when the starter gave out. As soon as she arrived he took the keys and called with diagnosis. I am happy to have a trusted mechanic while my daughters at school and we’re away. Highly recommend 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽

I like this shop! Have had a variety of repairs for my aging Infiniti, so far all good. Today was a simple oil & filter change, they rotated the tires with no extra charge. Clean and efficient, good record keeping on your auto. 👍

Have been a customer for over 10 years with multiple cars. They wouldn't honor a quote from 2 weeks prior. Sad...as they just lost a long term customer.

4 new tires and alignment on a SmartCar: In by 8:30 - out by 11:30. All info was clearly communicated. Price was about same as the Mercedes dealership, but location was much better. Includes a 12,500 mile warranty.

These guys are great. My 2018 BMW seems to hate me and Miguel has taken care of me on numerous occasions without an appointment, always incredibly fair pricing. Highly recommend these guys and will always come here over the dealership

These guys are the bomb, I’m a loyal customer and stopped in the other day to fix a headlight, mechanic stopped what he was doing found a replacement and installed - no charge Finally someone who honors customer loyalty!

I made a morning appointment online two days in advance, but when I came in to drop my car off, they said they didn’t have space for my car and that it was essentially a first come first serve system. They offered for me to come by in the afternoon and leave my car overnight, but the whole reason I made a morning appointment was so that I could still have my car by the end of the day. What’s the point of having an online appointment system if appointments can’t be kept?

Last Saturday I woke up to find my car had a flat tire. I called Toscalito on Lombard in SF. Miguel answered, saying that they were swamped, but would try to squeeze me in at 3:30. I arrived 15 minutes early and met Miguel who was very friendly. He told me to pull my car in and he would have the flat permanently fixed in 20 minutes, which he did! Great fast service at a fair price on a Saturday with no appointment!! I would give Toscalito on Lombard 10 stars if it was possible!!!

Professional and trustworthy. Staff are attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. And most importantly, my Subaru is properly aligned, well maintained, and runs beautifully. I’ve been bringing my Subaru to Toscalito in SF for seven years, and they consistently do their work well.

I asked for a last minute rescue from a flat tire. Luckily my neighbors at Toscalito found the correct tire I needed and I was able to be on my way within two hours. I’m very grateful.

I’m not really the type to leave a bad review… but this place was really disappointing. I had a flat tire, and called ahead of time to see when I could get it fixed. They said they were busy and asked me to come in the next morning. I arrived a bit before 10AM, and was kindly greeted. They checked out my tire, saw I had a screw in it, and he asked me to wait 15 minutes for his colleague to check me in. I was feeling great, until colleague came out and super unapologetically told me he couldn’t help me for another 4 hours. I said that wasn’t a problem, I was willing to leave my car. He told me there was no space for my car and I had to leave now. They wouldn’t help me unless I came back 4 hours later. “First come first serve.” (Which wasn’t communicated on the phone when I called) I decided to try and call other places to get it fixed and while I was looking on my phone, he knocked on my car told me I had to leave right away to let other cars enter. Honestly, I don’t think I would’ve been so upset if he had at least tried to show the least bit of empathy after making me wait just to tell me to leave. Just one “I’m really sorry, we’re swamped” would’ve made the experience a lot better instead of speaking so rudely and kicking me out.

Very, very professional & they are very courteous, and straight to the point, and most of all The service is excellent as well as the pricing very fair pricing. The pricing was so well that I refused to receive a further 15% discount from being a Costco member. I have found the only auto repair shop for me is Toscalito Tire & Service. And the service is very fast all around great quality
