Cannot be happier with service! Took my 4 series BMW and the mechanics were on it! Knowledgeable* Fast* Dependable* Definitely recommend. Owner & Son go out of way to make sure you’re accommodated. Communication is transparent which i appreciate. Give em a shot for all your needs.

Took my running volvo in for not staying on. Two months later, It still not fixed, and i was told they needed more time. They broke many internal parts of engine bay, which made me waste my time and money on parts. They claim they know what they're doing, I have brought my other cars in the past for tires and small maintenance, but it seems that's all they know. Beware of the mechanics, they'll keep changing what's wrong with your car, and try to guess what's wrong. They also don't communicate with customer and say I was about to call you, even after having your car for two months later. My car is now in the junk yard because of all the other things they broke, and it's not financially logical to fix at this point. I hope that this doesn't happen to anyone very disappointed how this place does business.

The power steering serpentine belt of my 1995 F250 snapped. I struggled to Torres’s garage. I was told that the turn around time was 3 days. I live 2 miles away, so I figured it’s just a short walk. Oscar offered me a ride home. What a relief. To my surprise I received a phone call late in the afternoon that same day and my truck was ready. I said that it’ll be a bit before I get there, cuz I have to walk to his shop. But guess what? He came over and picked me up!

These guys are simply the Best! So the guy who runs the front office, his name is Oscar and he's very knowledgeable when asking him about things about your vehicle, on what might be wrong with it. You bring it into his shop, they take a look at it and they'll let you know the estimate before they start working on your vehicle. They do NOT overcharge, they do a great job! and they take care of your vehicle quickly! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place!! You won't be disappointed.. I do have to say is when calling... Sometimes Oscar, the man that runs the front office, he hasn't set up the v/mail so that you can leave a msg for him to call you back!, lol, BUT, the # does show up that you called, and he WILL call you back once he returns from the errands he has to run, I Promise, He WILL CALL YOU BACK, AND ASK, DID SOMEONE CALL THIS #? LOL, but other than that one thing, TORRES AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR is by far, THE BEST PLACE IN TOWN!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Got a new transmission, tune up, brakes, and new tires. My car is running like new again! Excellent service, and done in a timely manner. Oscar Torres has been amazing in educating me, before i quite frankly didn’t know anything about cars 😅

Took my truck on Monday I was told they will check it the next day. Never did, finally I called on Wednesday afternoon they said they got behind and are looking at it. So called on Thursday was told it’s fixed and told me the a/c compressor clutch was getting stuck and he fixed it. (Note) I never got a call on what the problem was and how much it would be. Fast forward a/c was still going in and out (not fix). So I looked in to it and replaced the pressure switch and the Freon was over charged got it back to normal level. Now my a/c is fixed thanks to me and not their shop. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP for a/c work because they don’t know how to fix it. There is another review about a/c work also (bad review also). They can maybe do an oil change just maybe……….

$425 for labor $650 for parts that they suggested that we purchase. My ac still doesn't work. Now they want to charge me an additional $225 to remove the parts. The dealership is going to charge me $1100 for everything and do it right. RUN! RUN FAST! DON'T USE THIS MECHANIC!

Do not recommend. They will not honor warranty. Had to take my car back 3 times because the repair was not done correctly the first and second time.

I have had great experiences here. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable and talented. My 2008 Dodge Ram has needed major repair to basic oil changes. Torres Auto Repair Shop comes through everytime - and - never need to bring my truck back twice for the same issue. The prices are fair too.

Really great people and very reasonable prices, they did a excellent job on my Ram pickup, I'll recommend them to all of my friends. I only have one vehicle, they didnt have to but they dropped me off at home and picked me up when my pickup was finished being repaired. I'll definitely be coming back from here on out for all of my automotive service repairs.

Dishonest mechanic!! Took my pick up he said he replaced a part on the engine,turns out he replaced a cheaper part and charged me for an expensive one. Found out after the part he said was replaced another mechanic replaced that partz The guy gave a price of 275 when got there he charged me 470 he said that’s what it is!!woww Cuidado con ese mecanico deshonesto me dijo que cambio un parte mas cara de mi troca y la parte que me dijo que cambio se descompuso y el otro mecanico me enseño la parte que minca fue remplazada,aparte mw cobro de mas el precio era 270 y cuando recoji la troca me conro 470 bien tranza el maestro.! Cuidado!!

Second time we have used them. They are wonderful polite friendly honest did amazing work very cheap and quick they also cleaned the dirt from inside my vehicle. I told them a price to not go over and to call first and they have come way under it both times. Very honest people have already told my family all about them.
