Super mal trato de todos los empleados, te dicen un precio por el telefono y otro en persona y el mecanico otro, falta de comunicasion y educacion porque aparte le robaron el filtro de aire a mi papa de 82 años que esta malo del corazon y el mecanico le dijo que ya no volviera que obviamente nunca volveremes porque fue un horrible servicio le daria 0 Estrella’s pero no se puede, y aparte acabo de hablar y la secretaria me colgo. Called and told them I was coming from San Antonio to Laredo to do wheel alignment and oil change and they said come on no problem. Wife drop the car off at 10:30am go back after 1 n they say they all was done was oil change and give a excuse. Wasted my time cause now I’m in San Antonio with no ride home cause they held the car forever and didn’t do the main thing we asked them to do.

If you're thinking of purchasing a vehicle, I'm telling you TORO AUTOMOTIVE is the place you need to be at. All of the vehicles that they have out are in great condition. Janet the Manager, was wonderful. She made the process when purchasing my vehicle so easy. She was very attentive and made sure my vehicle was ready to go when I arrived. If you're looking for excellent service and a worthy ride.. I definitely recommend you go there.

This is where I purchased my car a few years ago. They do very good mechanical work and most of the time the car is ready the same day or within 2 to 3 days if they have an overload of cars.

I haven't worked with them personally only work wise ( we have grown close lol). They were always friendly. They work quick. The work is good. The prices are great. I can't complain one bit! Thank You Toro!!
