Fernando was a huge help. From the initial phone call to payment for selling me 4 rims, the ones exactly that I wanted. Call and ask for him. I know it is team effort but he went above and beyond. A note to his superiors- make sure he gets a good Christmas bonus!

Very honest people. I was told by another shop that my rotors were really bad. so I take it to these guys because they were opened early and they said my rotors are fine. Didn't need to be turned or anything. They could of easily lied and made money off of me because I'm a girl and don't know anything about cars and they didn't. They were honest so for that they will always have my business.

I’d give 6 stars if possible. They’re not screwing with anyone. Good and nice people. It was really fast service- not sure if that’s usual. But they could’ve wasted my time if they were lazy but they didn’t. Good and fast. Everything looks and runs great on tires and installation. I feel I got a better deal than dealing with Craigslist for tires. I really appreciate not being jerked around with my time and money- don’t find that often. So, even if it seems they’re busy in the waiting room- the service was fast. A lot of people probably go here but I guarantee they’re doing everything as fast as possible. I brought books to read- and they were done within 20 minutes of handing my keys over.

They didn't really help us a ended up messing up our car we took it several times about four times to get the AC several things ended up getting popped up that needed to be fixed and it still wouldn't work even though they said they had fixed it completely messed up our car.

Worst place to take your car. Left my car since 8:30 am. I called at 3pm they had not even touched my car. Not even a call from them. When i went to pick my car up, not even a sorry.

Brought my car in for two tires and an alignment. I know a good but about cars so I was able to ask questions that related to the vehicle. The people are very friendly and willing to answer questions and they were very knowledgeable. The alignment was a manual alignment and let me just say to do a good manual alignment you must know what your doing. They did a great job. If you need a good honest friendly place to go in Elpaso, I do recommend.
