Excellent customer service!! I had a fuse shortage coming from my front headlight after an accident and it shut off my rear running lights. I almost got a ticket for it yesterday and it definitely probably could’ve caused an accident but I took it to the Mango automotive on Montana Ave and they did the inspection just to find it was this little fuse causing the problem, and they fixed it. Greatly appreciate their service. The time and care they put into their labor is worth the price, way better then going to the dealer to get it done in my opinion, try here first!

The name on the building is now "Top Tech Garage I took my 2018 GMC Terrain, diesel, in for a check engine light. They tracked down the problem and then found that a recall had been issued by GMC on that part. This is where honesty is really important. They suggested getting the recall taken care of through the dealer for free. I also had an issue with the tire sensors, which they tracked down to the batteries for those sensors. Ovetall, the service was good, they are very friendly and helpful, and they seem to know what they are doing. Not everyone handles diesel engines.

1500 miles away.... Daughter needed repairs to her Ford Fiesta. The dealership listed off a bunch of parts needed after 3 weeks of just letting the car sit there. When it was dropped off, I made it clear that I just wanted a master cylinder installed and the brakes bled, nothing more, nothing less. After arguing with the dealership over the "diagnostic fee's" for them wanting to replace the whole brake system they finally saw it for what it was, their scam wasn't working on me. I was clear as to what I needed done, and they agreed to it but didn't do it. I had Gonzalez Towing pick the car up a and deliver it to Hector at Top Techs. THE NEXT DAY what it needed was done and Hector made it so EASY. He kept me informed and made it so I could pay the bill from 1500 miles away and my daughter could pick her car up. Granted, as a business owner and mechanic myself, I naturally have to bring business to me. But if you are 1500 miles away from me, then I recommend the professionals at Gonzalez Towing and the Mechanic's at Top Techs. These 2 companies went out of their way to help me, help my daughter.

This was a word-of-mouth referral from the guys at O’riley (shout out to them as well 😂👍🏾) I was *easily* won over as a potential customer when they sent me the video of the diagnostic test and the safety hazard with my steering wheel. Hands down and by far the COOLEST customer service feature I’ve ever experienced!! In-person customer service was just as phenomenal, no “salesman” type of communication- just polite, straightforward, true to their word mechanics. Thank you guys again!! 5 ⭐️!! Highly recommend!! Communication between the mechanics and the desk needs improved. I had a 0800 appointment and work did not start until 0930. I was told it would be 6 hours of work but it was completed in 3.5 hours. This equates to $162.84 an hour! I had to come back the next day to have forgotten parts installed upon my own investigation. There sounds like there is a loose heat shield, but I am not coming back a 3rd time. I asked about the 52 point inspection and what was actually checked and the desk did not have an answer. They try to impress you with videos of what faults they find, which I am sure is for insurance of customers going into the shop. I would not recommend to a friend.

I took my truck to MISSION CHEVROLET to find out why the truck was pulling to the right which I thought was an alignment issue. They gave me the price for the alignment and the diagnosis and I was willing to spend the money. Upon their further “diagnosis” they determined that they needed to replace the “steering gearbox” which they quoted me at over $3000. I decided to get a second opinion at TOP TECHS GARAGE and they quickly determined that one of my tires had a bubble on the front driver side and that it needed an alignment. After $1300 dollars and 4 new tires (that look great on my truck) the problem was resolved and I’m very happy with their service. The staff was super friendly and very responsive when I called them to bug them a few times. Each and every time they responded to my calls with very friendly responses. I’ll be visiting you all again with my other vehicles. Thank you.

I was traveling out of state and realized I needed to get my vehicle inspected so I stopped at Top Techs Garage and they were very polite and got us inspected and on our way in about 30 minutes. If anyone is passing through El Paso and needs any help with their vehicle these guys are the ones to go to.
