Went in to have tires dismounted and they had me in and out rather quickly. The manager on site was friendly and helpful. The gentleman that did the labor was quick and wheels were not damaged. This is my first time there and will not be the last. Thank you Top Tech Garage!

Pleasantly surprised at how good my visit was. I was given an estimate via phone for brakes for my car. And info was sent to me via text with a link. Was given a call prior to starting on my car after they did check it out. Front desk personnel nice and professional. Don't want to have car trouble again but if I do will not hesitate to be back .

Took my 2012 Honda Pilot for a CV axle replacement. The price was very fair and what really set this place apart from any other places I’ve been is that they send you videos of the whole process. I will be coming back for any further mechanical work for my vehicles. Good job Top Tech Garage and great job Hunter

We came to El Paso as part of a special journey to visit various places in west Texas, Shafter, Presidio, El Paso, and a separate adventure to Carlsbad Caverns. We came in our RV, pulling our Suzuki Sidekick. No sooner did we check into our RV park, and start preparing our RV to stay for the next three days, we disconnected our car and tried to start it. No luck! What do we do now? We looked on Google for a local tow company that also performs jump starts. They came, jump started it right away. We thought, great, aren't we lucky. We then took it for a ride to make sure the battery was charging and when we came back and parked we heard some noise, we looked underneath and some liquid was just pouring out. Wow, what do we do now, late on a Sunday night? Next morning we call the tow company back and asked them if they knew anybody that we could have our car towed to. They really didn't, but in the meantime I decided to look on Google. That's when I found the listing for Top Techs Garage. They were close enough by to our RV park, so that was the first thing that made us decide to use them. We called and explained our situation. The extremely polite, knowledgeable and friendly young lady that answered the phone said have it towed there and they would look at it as soon as they could. We thought that was awesome, but in the back of our minds we wondered exactly how long, or how many days way this actually going to take. We were called back to tell us what they had found, and to get authorization to proceed with the work. By 4:45 p.m., we were called to say everything was ready. Unfortunately we had no way to get there, so one of the employees came to personally pick my husband up. We were amazed. We couldn't believe how quick, efficient, thorough, friendly, courteous, and absolutely incredible they all were. On top of that, my husband, Sonny, was blown away by how clean and organized the whole place was. He said, "you could probably eat off of the floors." The only sad part about it all, we live in Sparks, Nevada, and you're not close enough if we needed to ever use you again. Thank you so very, very much for saving our special vacation. El Paso should be very proud to have a company like yours, and all of your employees, in their city.

Sorry but you lost my business,everything was cool and I loved coming here before Yhira showed up, she wasted my time. Made an appointment 2 separate times and BOTH times my mechanical repair insurance had not been called. She will say she called but in the past when I don't answer they leave messages and texts but not Yhira. Both times I've gone in she's just yapping and making plans to go eat with a customer, probably why my insurance didn't get called both times. Shes quick to ask for the keys but won't tell you a total or estimate probably to go back yapping. She just keeps repeating that she's at the "mercy of the insurance to get approval"... psst they already approved it once cuz it's a mechanical insurance! Don't try to pass the blame for your lack of professionalism. The first time I used the insurance I dealt with Arturo and EVERYTHING went smoothly & best of all he didn't treat me like I was stupid! Like homegirl Yhira, he went above and beyond that's one of the reasons I would come here with 2 of my vehicles but I'm not gunna deal with someone who doesn't know how and won't do her job. I said I would come back but Im not giving her anymore of my time to waste. In my opinion she's just not professional enough to work here with others that reflect good service.

Never going to this shop ever again, I paid 2,000, so they fixed my mom's car, and it was not really fixed but to take to another mechanic. Other big shops that doesn't make a good gob
