I have been taking my Jeep Rubicon to Top Notch Autocare for service since April 2019. I have always received friendly, accommodating, and excellent service from Farrah and Chris. I have brainstormed Jeep quirks with Farrah on many occasions and I have learned a lot from her. I trust Farrah and Chris and respect their knowledge and skill; I plan to continue taking my Jeep to Top Notch Autocare.

Recently had a major repair on my Ford f150 2011. Don't have a whole lot of knowledge on trucks/cars at all but had great service! Farrah Brown in the front, was abled to talk me through the process and had an idea on what the problem might be and gave me a fair price. Turns out I needed a timing chain replacement.... Chris Brown was able to get in the engine and tell me a few more things I should probably know for future notice. Very nice family/owners and know they're stuff! Truck has dove great ever seance. Thank you!

My car had a serious issue and I was desperately calling a lot of shops in town to get help ASAP. Top Notch was the only one who checked all the boxes in terms of being clear, honest, knowledgeable, and on point. They saved the day and really lived up to their name!

They had me inside in a week to fix an oil sensor problem. They said between 8:00 and 3:00 but they called at noon and it was ready at the cost they had quoted. Highly recommend this auto repair shop above all else in the City of Tucson.

I finally made it in to Top Notch. I am very impressed by the detailed explanation that Sarah gave me of the work that my Subaru is due for. I'm new to the area, and they were just what I was looking for... a small, local shop staffed by 'car people'. I went in with a check engine light, and Farrah knew enough about my make and model to guess what the issue was... and Chris confirmed and corrected the problem. Farrah and her team went above and beyond to repair my car quickly and make it convenient for me. Her husband diagnosed the issues with my car and gave me an option to select the most immediate repairs now and schedule future repairs later. And they even loaned me a car so I wouldn't miss work- Amazing! The name "Top Notch," says it all.

Can't say enough good things about this repair shop. Brought them my Kia Niro for a 2nd opinion diagnostics after losing faith in Royal Kia, who quoted me $7k to replace the cylinder head. Top Notch spent the time to really understand what was happening, and fixed only what was needed (4 fuel injectors, the cylinder head had already been replaced) for a fraction of the dealer's estimated cost. The car has been running great since. Terrific service, thorough communication (Farrah is awesome), and very honest. Thanks!!

Called yesterday for an estimate to replace my alternator. Was told they could work on it today and it would take 2 hours. After verifying this was needed, they got it in and out in the time they said, for a fair price! I was told I had a 36 month warranty. Super happy to have found this repair shop.

Fantastic service! They explain everything, and even have taken me under my car to see exactly what was wrong and what was done - without talking down to me. Farrah, the manager, is always so upbeat and accommodating. She goes above and beyond. Their waiting office has wi-fi, snacks, and comfy couches so if I have to stay for a while I have what I need. I take my older Mercedes there because I also want to keep supporting local, family-owned businesses (who do a better job than the dealership IMO)! Top Notch truly is top notch care.
