He was paid 2800 to fix transmission and two days later trucks sensors were acting up . We took it back and son in law said he was out of town and every week after his daughter had excuse to why he wasn’t there. Untrustworthy and not reliable

The first video is when they did my rear wheel bearings for my 1997 BMW e36 After I took it I noticed a lot of play in the rear after a while I thought my wheels bearings broke again and now it comes to find out the places my rear suspension ALL WRONG The second picture IS HOW ITS SUPPOSED TO LOOK AND I FIXED IT MYSELF HOW DO YOU CALL YOURSELF A SHOP BUT CANT DO THE MOST SIMPLEST THINGS RIGHT AND OUT BACK TOGETHER THEY DIDNT EVEN PUNCH MY AXLE NUT HOW I TOLD THEM THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO AND I HAD TO DO IT MYSELF , I didn’t even complain about price and paid what we they asked but for this to happen ? I could’ve been in danger and possibly worse my rear end falls apart and what? I’m supposed to pay for the damages??? Don’t take your car or truck here , they can’t even put things back together and do the simplest thing don’t risk it! Save your money and go to a quality shop, if there was a ZERO STAR SHOP THIS ONE TAKES IT

This place has went down, it use to be a good place yrs ago, but now it's a rip off and time wasting. I've been back and forth trying to get my vehicle repaired. I've been lied to, car is not fixed correctly, steady giving run arounds 5 months and my car is still not fix correctly. I'm still waiting for my car to get fix correctly. Doesn't return calls.. I've been very patient... Feel I may have to file a civil suit in court.

Took my car for brake repair. Very expensive. They took my car stereo faceplate and insist that when I left the vehicle with them the stereo faceplate was not there.

When providing your own parts, be sure to take pictures of the parts taken to them. I provided a windshield wiper motor from (advance auto) in May. Now we are in August and windshield wiper motor went out again. So I take it back to (advance auto) and they said that it was not their part since it had “FOMOCO” on the windshield wiper motor and that they don’t sell Ford parts.I am attaching pictures so you can see what a Ford company motor looks like versus the one from (advance auto). Which is the one I bought new and was not installed. Beware. Take pictures of your parts so that you can be sure your new part is being put on instead of a used one from junk yard that will go bad in no time. So therefore I had to purchase yet another one since the warranty was voided due to wrong windshield wiper motor being installed. I still don’t know what happened to the new one I bought since I dropped it off to them and it was never installed. Beware and take pictures.
