I asked how much it cost for them to replace a fuel tank and they said "we dont give prices over the phone" and he hung up on me. I assumed this was a mistake because of the high reviews and called back. I needed a replace fuel tank, he said he needs to look at the car. I said okay ill do that I need to know the price for the diagnostic and he was very reluctant to give me a number. He said he needs to see the car because he doesnt know if its 3.4, 5.7, 6.4L engine "we just dont know" and i told him its a 6.4L and can tell him everything about the car. He still didnt give me a price per hour, flat rate, even though i was FULLY WILLING to come in for a diagnostic that I dont even need, since I already know what needs to be replaced. I asked can he give me any information on how much id be paying for the estimate and he hung up on me again. very sketchy behavior here. Most places just give me a price for what I need done, a few say I need to come in so they can check it (aka get extra money out of me for nothing) but this is the only place that didnt want to give me a price for what i need OR the estimate itself. I didnt think that was possible until now. What kind of business doesnt tell a customer a price until the work is finished? maybe he was trying to get away with me coming in, him not telling me a price and keeping my car 2 days, and charging 800 for the diagnostic i really dont know. I wasnt rude or anything. I guess this guy doesnt like getting new customers. Stay away from this place or they will rip you off. police will likely shut this place down soon from what i saw.

Ok so I had a great experience here and am so impressed ! I went to two shops who diagnosed my car problems wrong ( Scott’s Auto Repair and All Car ) . These are shops have great reputations but they both apparently tried to charge me about $700 without diagnosing the real problem on my vehicle . Tony did a thorough check - diagnosed the problem and then made recommendation for other problems that I needed addressed . Not only was the customer service right but after weeks of dealing with no ac he fixed it within hours ! Then the price was perfect for a single mom !! He was fair and efficient . I found my new mechanic ! I highly recommend this guy ! He loves what he does and you can tell !

I had some fluid changes done. They had my car in and out in an afternoon. I liked Tony. The shop will be my neighborhood mechanics. A friend went there for some more major work. He was also pleased with the work performed.

Mr Tony has been my mechanic for a number of years now. I'm never worried or concerned when he's working on my car and feel safe when I get it back. I totally trust him. I know he's fair, very honest, and explains he everything he does in great detail. He goes above and beyond for his customers. His wife is also great. Very nice.Shes professional and always greet you with a smile. They are a great team.

We had an awesome experience at Tony’s. We’ve been going to him for years and so happy he has a place of his own now. He researched our vehicle’s extended warranty and was able to get it confirmed. We drove out of there with only our deductible and our vehicle fully repaired. Nowadays it’s hard to find an honest repairman. We are so thankful to Tony and his wife Elizabeth and wish them all the best at their new location.👍
