I never take my car ANYWHERE ELSE for service. Jocelyn and her family always take care of us, are honest about their work, and clear about what needs to be fixed. We recently found a nick in our tire (not originally from Tongda) on Christmas Eve. I called Christmas Day, and they had us in by the morning of the 26th. While they didn't have a tire our size in stock right then, they called around to get one locally. We mentioned that we needed to be out of state as soon as possible since we were only back in Ohio to visit family. We were able to get it all taken care of the next day, with updates on how far away the tire was from the shop so we weren't waiting around. I love how transparent they are, I never feel like I am being taken advantage of when I come in service. I could not reccomend them more.

Very poor experience with customer service and store owner of this auto shop. I've asked for estimate and inspection for my car. Then I was charged for unauthorized work done to my car that I ended up was forced to pay otherwise I can't get my car back. I've tried to talked to the mechanic and was denied by the store owner. Don't recommend if you want a smooth experience.

Had car troubles visiting from out of town; TongDa was so efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable, and got everything fixed by the next day, even with having to order in a part!! Highly highly recommended.

Absolutely horrible customer service over the phone—the lady was extremely condescending and lacks manners when listening to customer’s suspicions about what might be wrong with their car. I get it—I’m no car expert and my assessment of the issue is, at best, a suspicion. Still, this doesn’t warrant the kind of attitude she had over the phone in not agreeing with my assessment. I just hope whatever is going on in her life gets resolved, because she was downright rude.

Fantastic shop. Came here to diagnose an electrical problem on a Honda, Jocelyn and the team at TongDa did a thorough job while keeping us updated throughout the process. Very poor experience. Service done for issues with starting car , charges almost $600 , car wouldn’t start the same day called was told to have car towed back . Requested to speak with mechanic denied . Long story short issue discovered by another mechanic went back to speak with Tongda as the issue involved what I had initially paid them to service and all I received was an argument from the front desk( in front of another customer ) . Sent an email to discuss issue with owner and never received a response .

Love these guys. Saved me a small fortune with their pre-purchase inspection service; they really go over their cars with a fine-tooth comb. Their prices are fair and reasonable, and I genuinely believe they are honest about what they find and what they can do. If they don't know something off the top of their heads, they'll do some research and get back to you. And Jocelyn has always been incredibly pleasant to work with! If you would rather do business with a local mechanic shop than a big dealership (although they do sell some cars!), then I would highly recommend TongDa 👍.

I went to TongDa to replace the water pump in my Rav4. Jocelyn was friendly, knowledgeable, and great with communication throughout the process. The quote she gave me prior to repairs was accurate and fairly priced, and my car was ready within a few days. I will definitely return if I have car troubles in the future.

Taking your car into an auto shop can feel overwhelming and stressful if you are not exactly sure what all your car needs, especially when your life feels very busy! Jocelyn and the team at TongDa Auto were professional and easy to work with to ensure all of the necessary services on my car were done thoroughly and efficiently. Joshlyn is very knowledgeable when it comes to Hondas and Toyotas. I have taken three of my Acura vehicles to her to have work done. Very reasonable pricing very reliable mechanics. I highly recommend TongDa auto Service if you own a Honda or Toyota vehicles.
