I have a $5800 court judgement against this establishment due to unethical business practices. Failure to honor a warranty, do not trust their work or written warranties. Look it up for yourself on the Wisconsin CCAP site, search Mike Farrah. Might find some other cases, too. I also have a lien for the next 20 years against this guy. Or he can just pay me. This is all public record, Wisconsin CCAP. He can say whatever he wants, I have the judgement and the lien. Don’t do business with this guy. It’s not on yall but the muffler wasn’t delivered with the gasket so had to wait for the gasket to be delivered. 30 min job took an hour and a half. I missed my tour appointment for an appointment. Luckily the landlord was flexible with timing and could fit me in after.

I was so pleased with the quick same day service of the emission test and oil change.Will come back again for future auto needs because first off was pleased with the smiles I received upon meeting service tech and great service which was provided. 12-16-2024 My Dodge wouldn’t start. I had to leave it at a service station where it stalled. Was so pleased that Tom’s Auto Maintenance picked my truck up and fixed it that same day. Love the service and will use them again if need be.
