Everyone at Tommy's Hi-Tech is friendly and greets everyone when they come in. My Car had a few things wrong with it and they got it fixed for me I am just glad to have my Car back. Thank you all for keeping my car going, they had a loaner Car for customer which is great.🙂 I will use them in the future for repairs.

I had taken my Camaro for this issue to a different shop in Irving last year and they said they fixed it and charged my around 2K. When I took it to highway, the issue was still there on a very small amount. If I take my hands off and apply break, the handle was shivering very slightly. From there, it worsened and the entire car was shivering. After moving to Argyle, I was searching for a workshop when one of my friends suggested Tommy’s and he had a very good experience with them so far. So I went there and believe me... The steering is rock solid now. They have done an amazing job. Thank you so much for giving me back the better driving experience

The Work was prompt and well done. All the men are very courteous. The shop is clean as well as the waiting area. There are snacks and drinks available. They gave me a ride home while the work was being done and delivered the car to my home promptly when it was finished. I highly recommend them.

Being a woman with no real car knowledge, i was super nervous to take on getting my car fixed by myself. Tommy’s were big on communicating my cars needs and didn’t make me feel pressured about anything! They were awesome and patient! Definitely a 10/10!

Brought my 10 year old Nissan Murano to Tommy’s High Tech in Denton TX for a second opinion after the Nissan dealership in Corinth TX service department said I had a cracked rear suspension boot that would be over $1600 to repair. My better judgment told me to get a second opinion, and guess what?? No repair needed. Needless to say I gave Tommy’s all my 100,000 mileage maintenance including new spark plugs. Tommy’s has been in business for 30 years and has an excellent reputation. I’ve used my local Nissan dealership because I had a 100,000 mile warranty. But Nissan has now lost my business, and Tommy wins a new customer who will spread the good news of honesty!! Thanks Tommy

The professionalism, honesty, and quality of the staff members here are absolutely incredible! My family members and I have taken cars of many different models and brands to them, and the care that we have received over the years has consistently exceeded our expectations. Colton and his team just recently did a repair on my car, and called me a few minutes before closing to inform me that it was ready. The traffic was really bad at that time, so I arrived a few minutes past closing; however, they patiently waited for me and let me pick up my car that same day! I have recommended their services to all of my friends, and they have always had very positive experiences with Tommy's. I would recommend this place to anyone who appreciates high-quality customer service and reliability! ;-)

They were open Christmas Eve and I needed someone to look at my Car. I took it to be repaired New Year Eve and got my Car back New Year's Day and they brought me home and came and picked me up to go back and get my car everybody there was very nice. First time I've ever been there but people from where I work go there also which is good to hear. Thank you all for getting my car up and going.

Took my 2015 ford explorer to this shop because I’ve heard great things about the place. They did not let me down. I had a timing chain and water pump replaced. They did the work fast and at a fair price for the amount of work that was being done. I worked directly with Colton and he took care of us from the moment I spoke to him he treated me and the family with the upmost respect and gave us all our options with no pressure. So if you have any work needed on your car definitely stop in to this Tommys

Did some research on high rating reviews for replacing my spark plugs in Denton, and Tommy's was the top of the list. Came in today, and Colton delivered as promised. Very reasonable price, and I only waited less than an hour. Thank you so much for the honest and easy experience!

Extremely overpriced. Didn't provide an itemize invoice for parts and labor. The price that i was quoted was $600.00 more than 2 quotes provided by other auto repair shops. SMH! What a ripe off.

I cannot recommend Tommy’s enough! I came into have the underside of my car repaired and they fixed it for me free of charge. I was in and out in 15 minutes and they were kind, proactive and professional. I will definitely be back the next time that I need something done on my car!

They were all very nice on the phone. My serpentine belt broke in someone’s yard and they were able to tow it to the shop for me. What made me upset was the price I was quoted for. $2400+. When asked to accept or decline the price estimate, I called and asked if this $2400+ included ONLY what I needed to get fixed to get it on the road and driving again. Mike told me some car talk that I didn’t completely understand, coming to the conclusion that yes. If I want my belt to work, I’d have to pay for everything else around it to get fixed as well. They gave me financing options but I only got approved for $520. I said, “ok let me think about this” there’s no way I could have gotten my car back if they charged me $2000. I asked specially for ONLY BARE MINIMUM what I needed to get it driving again and was still told the $2400 was needed. I am not knowledgeable in Car Talk. I called my uncle who lives out of town, he called them, and all of a sudden the price for the bare minimum of getting it running again CAME OUT TO $430. As a woman by herself in her 20s, if I hadn’t had a middle aged man to reach out to and ask to call them for me, I would have been up-charged by $2000. Some people are on a tight budget. It is getting colder outside, I can get my AC fixed at a later time. The main point to this is that all I needed was to getting it running again and I was told that could basically only happen if I paid to replace my entire AC system. My uncle called them and all of a sudden they were able to bypass the AC and now my car is drivable again- for $2000 less than they quoted me for. Moral of the story: always get a second opinion before agreeing to an estimate, and if you’re a woman or young man that doesn’t have a middle aged man to speak for you- good luck, or go somewhere else. Yes, my AC still doesn’t work, but I am able to drive safely without having to worry about the belt breaking again and I have time to save up for the AC being fixed. If I hadn’t had a man speak to them for me, I wouldn’t have a drivable car right now.
