As others have said, don’t be fooled by the positive reviews. They’re outright rude and completely neglected my request for a full service, claiming everything was fine and charging me almost 1k for minor repairs. Weeks later I found myself in a false sense of security, as my car would make loud clunking noise and there was noticeable issues with my transmission, along with worn out breaks and rust. When I called they told me to come in at a specific time, I’d shift my work schedule around to go into the shop just for them to tell me they’re busy and come back another time. This happened multiple times, along with an aggressive attitude from Tommy himself. Now I have thousands of dollars of repairs that had been brushed off when they claimed everything was good. But hey Atleast they changed my air filters and did a lazy dash cam installation with the wire openly hanging in the front. Do not recommend unless you personally know them. But if you’re just searching for an honest and decent mechanic locally, please go elsewhere

Don't be fooled by the good Google reviews. I went to this shop based on the reviews, not knowing anyone there, and just like most dishonest auto shops - they did a bunch of unnecessary work without telling me they would do it. They replaced a fully working O2 sensor with a new one (when I only asked them to check if it was okay), without informing me. They also replaced a hose in my AC unit (which I did ask them for). And on the drive to work the next day both the AC and the O2 sensor broke. In addition, they upcharged me a "computer fee" of about $150 for "resetting the check engine light" - which takes half a minute, and just included it on the bill as an ordinary service. Then tried to sell me on replacing my catalytic converter with them (which I graciously refused). Tommy is a scammer, maybe unless you have a connection with him through a friend. Do not go their unprepared expecting honesty.

Very honest shop, went over there to see if they could fix my AC as it wasn’t blowing cold. They let me know my car uses a special type of freon they don’t have but could do a quick fix that may or may not last. They recommended I bring it to the dealer because there may be a slow leak in the compressor. Lo and behold it was under warranty and I got it fixed at Honda for $0. I’m glad they pointed me in the right direction and were honest with me. Definitely recommend!

I went in for an oil change. Mark and SJ took care of my car! My air filters needed replacing also. There wasn't a wait and was able to get in and out in less than an hour. The pricing was fair considering my vehicle. I would recommend them if you are in the area!

Tommy's Auto Repair was very professional. Did a great job. Love how they go though everything with the Inspection. If there is something wrong with my car, I want to know about it. Most places would do the Inspection, without look over the car. Great job on the rear brakes change.

Called and asked about an oil change, they took me in right away. They were respectful, communicative, had a clean environment, and great choice for background music. They got the job done quickly and sufficiently. Great experience. Would come back!

I would give them ten stars if I could. Early on a Saturday morning, they were able to help me with an emergency. Tommy (the owner) and his business partner Dave, were exceptionally kind and honest. Honesty is an integral trait to have when dealing with auto repair companies. This place will definitely be my go-to for any car issues in the future.

I love this place personally and dont get why it gets all the review hate. The prices ar fair and the owner is really social and fun to talk to , the lead mechanic and everyone else really knows cars . If they try to sell you something you dont want just tell them you arent interested. I have been here twice already.

Tommy’s has continuously set the standard for honesty and commitment. Their work ethic and quality of service/repair has unlimited value and they stand by their work. I have been using Tommy’s for a few years and I am still there for a reason.....they are professional, knowledgeable and they treat me like a person not a sale.
