After some initial hiccups and me voicing my displeasure at the initial estimate of time to repair, everything went smoothly. Whitney communicated with me when the car was nearing completion and the repair was well done. The Tom Bush organization seems to be suffering though because they have no shuttle and provide no loaners despite me being a 20 year customer and owning many BMWs . It is certainly not what it once was. My salesperson always treats me very well but to the rest of the company and BMW I feel like a number.

I want to start off by saying my car is beautiful and back in shape now. I had many concerns about my repair time frame. My car made to the facility December 16, 2024. I wasn’t called or notified about any updates with my car until I called myself. The one time that I was called was to give me the estimate of 6,600 dollars for charges to fix everything. After this I was very irritated due to the car not being done until January 15, 2025. Also my pick up date for my car kept changing over time.

My experience with Tom Bush is very bad cause we only do the back of the car, we don’t do on the scratched parts even where we press in so we could do the back we don’t fix I’m really not satisfied

Whitney is great! Very responsive. Tom Bush Collision is great too. Car returned in perfect condition and detailed inside and out! Couldn’t have had a better experience. (Front bumper replaced due to slight damage. Paint and fit is great!). Thank you!

Crystal and the whole staff was amazing! We unfortunately had an accident out of state and they handled everything like we live right down the road. Did a great job communicating with us and the insurance company. All repairs were done before the quoted day of delivery!

I was extremely impressed with the quality of work done on my car. The team was professional, efficient, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. The attention to detail was outstanding, and my car looks better than ever. I would highly recommend this body shop to anyone , The paint job is flawless, and the bodywork is perfect. The technicians clearly take pride in their work. I couldn't be happier with the results. !!!!!
