Comfortable waiting area. Very professional and courteous staff. Dylan was my Service Advisor, and he was excellent! I waited for the repair and it took a reasonable amount of time. I like the video that they send you showing the vehicle inspection before the service is performed. I highly recommend them.

I had my 2020 BMW X5 serviced on March 5, 2024 at Tom Bush Jacksonville, Atlantic Blvd. I arrived about 20 minutes early and was taken right in. My appointment was estimated to take about two hours but ended up being about one hour. Chad was my Service Rep, and he treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism. Over the past 4 years my husband and I have brought our vehicle here for service and we have always received the best physical service as well as customer service! Our overall experience with Tom Bush BMW has been exceptional!

It was my first maintenance experience for my car, and it exceeded my expectations. Dylan Mixon was a wonderful advisor who not only took care of the maintenance of my car but also provided me with all the information and guidance throughout the process. I used the transportation service, and he coordinated both my arrival and return to the dealer. He also scheduled an appointment for me with the Road Assistance Service. I felt very comfortable with his professional service.

Tucker is absolutely amazing. I have had multiple issues with my car in 2024 that required multiple visits to the service center. He is prompt, keeps you updated, respectful and created a stress free intersection. I am beyond happy with BMW service center at Atlantic and specifically having the ability to deal with Tucker.

We have been having our car serviced at Tom Bush BMW for years, since having purchased it there. As always, we received top notched service and professional courtesy. Noel, the master mechanic that serviced our vehicle, was very thorough and communicative throughout the entire servicing. Richard Berry, our advisor, was exceptional. As well as sharing his professional knowledge as to how we can continue to keep our car running smoothly, he was very personable. Overall, we have been and are pleased with the high level of care that we’ve experienced and received from all at Tom Bush BMW.

I cannot thank the service team enough! I reached out late Saturday afternoon after realizing I needed to replace a tire due to a nail. My husband decided that it was time to replace all four. Monday morning I met Tucker who oversaw the process for me, including a last minute loaner. Tucker is an excellent communicator who kept me informed from start to finish. There were many team members who did the intake as well, loaner team, all of whom were polite and helpful. Overall, Tucker and team, were professional and kind.
