I called the store at Dawson Creek and set an appointment/drop off on Saturday morning for a front-end alignment. When I arrived, the serviceman said that it was impossible that I was scheduled because they do not have any mechanics/alignment techs working. He asked me if I was at the correct store. I showed him the number on my phone, and he confirmed that it was their number. It looked like he was way to tired to help me. I had to suggest possibly another store. By that time I was frustrated and left.

I've used T. O. Has for years. I used to go to N. 27th store. Rick was the best. He got moved out of my area and I didn't get the best service there. I started going to the N. 84th store and the guys are great there.

Went to the 84th/Holdredge location today. Great experience! Friendly and helpful. They were able to get me in on short notice, had my tires in stock and installed them fast. Bought 4 tires; prices were comparable to other local shops. This is my first experience w/ TO Haas, and I will definitely go there again.
