Called for a qoute and next thing I know I was getting new tires delivered in about an hour. The guys were so good with the extra attention to detail. Would highly recommend the 48th location. For the personal touch.

I received excellent service when I took my car in for new tires and an oil change. A couple of things came up during the service appointment, but I was contacted immediately and made aware of the issue and the solutions the technicians wanted to implement before action was taken. I appreciate the communication and the results of the service appointment.

What do they do here? When I called i said. "Hey looking for a service on my truck. Alignment, tire rotate. including transfer case fluid, trans flush and fill, engine oil".. guy goes "yup we do everything short of engines here. No problem. Drop my truck off and after 6 hours I get a call " yeah we can't do anything on your truck because we don't carry fluids your 21' ram takes. OK, we'll what if I brought you the fluids. Can you do the work for me? No, because we can't drain the fluid from your transmission". I said why can't you drain the fluid? They have a machine that takes it out. I said why not just take off the nut that drains it from the pan? He said, that's not how we do things here. So after 6.5 hours. I'm still here waiting on my alignment and tire rotation to be finished and after all this time they cannot perform a simple task like an engine oil change, they cannot petform a transmission flush, transfer case flush, or axle flushes.

Best price found for synthetic oil change. Shop I’ve used the last 3-4 years increased price by nearly 100% since last service stating oil prices have been increasing 4% a month, which I have not seen at retail auto stores. No pressure on suggested services. Nice waiting area and relatively quiet despite the TV. Car was clean when returned.

This place is a joke. Estimated me $1,100 for some new calipers and rooters. Come in to pay, charge me $1,900. Everything they estimated needed done, was done. NOTHING MORE! Where the heck did the $800 price jump come from? After talking to other not so big name companies on what they would’ve charged for parts and labor for this, they would’ve charged me over $1,000 CHEAPER than what I paid here. Find some place else that won’t tax the heck out of you. You’re welcome.

What a great experience at a fair price! Check on-line as they usually have some type of coupon! I like making an appointment and dropping off my car, but you can also wait while they work. They are fast and friendly. They will also send a detailed email with everything they checked and their findings. There’s never any pressure to buy or do an extra service. I highly recommend TO Haas! I always use the one on West O street.

they share some real information about my vehicle. So glad they did I needed to hear it I knew deep down inside but hearing that from a professional was a good thing. I went here for an oil change. I called and they were able to get me in the next day. unlike other places who were week out. I had a coupon so the this price was great. They remembered to reset the oil light indicator which many places seem to forget. Not the friendliest bunch. The waiting area chairs were hard on my back and the oil change took a little over an hour, so that part sucked. Coffee was cold, Their were no cups out but I found one under the cabinet. The sugar was empty but I survived. LOL
