Good service very speedy quick Josh was very helpful. I will be back. I think Josh should get a good promotion and not only that he needs to be training other employees to how he engages with customers overall, his concerns are way more beyond the job. It’s taken care of the customer and my priority of business and work. Customer service is number one key in a company and Josh has that he’s representing your company very well I must say keep up the good job Josh and as well during the process of me transferring to my vehicle, I forget to get my car seat out, and I didn’t get his name, but one of the other gentleman that I was in the back was very helpful as well as he helped me get my car seat based out of my car I can get into my next car. You just don’t get services like this anywhere. It’s very good service in my eyes. You’re not gonna get that and a lot of other places for the night really focus on customer priorities so good job and hats. Off to him as well.

I had my boyfriend take my car in for an oil change and everything was good up to the end. My boyfriend stated he sat there and all the crew, etc stood around talking and laughing when he finally asked if the car was done. He was told it was parked outside and he asked for how long and was told for 20 minutes! They didn't have the common courtesy to let him know it was done but just let him sit there! Not happy!!

Lincoln, NE 24th and O. Steve at this location was very helpful and expidited my service. I appreciate that. He was short-staffed but managed the service very well. Thank you. A year ago, I went into another Lincoln, NE location - on N. 27th and dealt with a complete prick. This was after spending $1,000 on tires. I almost didn't go back to T.O. Haus because if him. I wish i had his name. Short, older guy - in his 50s or 60s. Just a real jerk to me over replacing headlight bulb

Probably the easiest and best experience I’ve had when dealing with my car. As someone who knows nothing about cars, they were very helpful and trustworthy. Was in and out in less than an hour.

After my first appointment at a different location wasn’t able to be completely I called this location and talked to someone at the front desk (terrible with name my apologies) he was able to get my vehicle in RIGHT AWAY. And they were so kind and helpful at this location!

My son is going to school at UNL and I needed somewhere to send him for a tire issue. I didn't know where to go, so we ended up here. I was able to talk to them so I could understand the problem and the tires were 6 years old. I bought a new set of 4 tires for his car. The price was comparable to any other local tire store; the service was good. I have my son go there to have his oil changed now. Good work, and give them a try.

Brought the tire in to be repaired for a leak. When I left the tire wasn’t properly patched. Brought it back to be patched again as it wasn’t done the 1st time. Was being charged a second time for work that should have been done properly when I brought it in the 1st time. They also called my boyfriend telling him they can’t find the leak when I told them where the leak was. His told them where it was (like I said) and somehow found it then. They will take a man’s word over a female customers. Will not recommend them to anyone. Now they have a tire of mine because they want to screw over their customers and double charge them. Had they done their job the first time correctly this review would be different. Extremely disappointed and mistreated by some of the workers.

I love this shop. They do a very thorough job on checking out my car to make sure everything is up to par. If they find anything wrong with your vehicle, they will let you know what needs to be done immediately and what can wait. I have moved to the other side of town, but I come always come to the shop on O Street. I have been coming to them for 4 years and am very pleased with how they have serviced my car. Josh & the TO Haas staff were very helpful in providing a price quote and answering my questions. Ordering, delivery and installation of my tires were completed in less than 24 hours and they provided detailed information. All three of our family vehicles have had tires replaced by TO Haas on O Street!

Everyone was incredibly helpful! I had no idea what tires I needed or how the process worked. They set me up with the perfect set of tires that checked off all my boxes and even got them done same day. Prices are super reasonable. We left super happy!

Was able to squeeze me into a busy schedule and get me and my kids out for a popped tire in time for me to get my kiddos to school on time. They were very kind and professional. Little bit pricier than the mom and pop places, but they were able to get my tire on there faster and with no problems.
