Salesperson: R. Hurst. We are from Hastings, NE. and on this past Saturday drove to Lincoln to visit our son and daughter. In Lincoln, I noticed a bulge in the sidewall of the right front tire. We wanted to return to Hastings yet that day. TO Haas store in Lincoln got us two front similar tires to save the day. Mr. Hurst was the most polite and efficient person I have had the pleasure of dealing with for a long time. Had our car back in early afternoon, and returned to Hastings without incident. Outstanding service !!!

I called the phone number listed for the 5900 S 56th ST location and spoke with someone who helped me set an appointment for that morning. When I went there for my appointment, the man sitting at the counter told me I didn't have an appointment with them, questioned if I had the right place and whether I was sure I had called that morning. I checked my phone just to be sure even though I knew I had called them only a couple hours ago, and even double checked that I was at the correct location. He said they could try to squeeze me in "without an appointment" but it would be awhile. He also said I must've gotten their call center when I called, acting as if this was my own fault and appeared annoyed with me that their call center had failed to put my appointment in the system. I left and he had made no effort to get me to come back another time, let alone even smile or act with kindness toward me. I won't go back, which is unfortunate because I'd been there once before and had planned on making that my go-to place.

I can not give an honest review as I did not go here and only got a estimate to have my inner and outter ball joints replaced on a ford expedition. Needless to say it was $300 more than then having it done at the ford dealership. So they did not get the job.

Routine oil change with checking of fluid levels, filters, brakes, etc. Very impressed with thoroughness, efficiency of time and reasonable fees! Highly recommend.

Note that t.o.haas in Lincoln does not honor the road hazard warrenty they offer when the tires go bad. They will find a loop hole to get out of replacing the tires. I would advise searching elsewhere for your tire needs.
