I made an appointment online today at 9:40 this morning. It gave me options, I chose 12:00. I got to the location and they said “we don’t do 12:00 appointments” I stated that the website let me and I drove here for my appointment. They let me know that when they got my appointment they took a screenshot and forwarded it to corporate to tell them that the appointment time had said 12:00 AM. I showed the technicians my confirmation that said 12:00 PM & they still wouldn’t do my service. It was extremely frustrating to know that instead of contacting the customer to let them know they couldn’t do my 12:00 appointment they contacted corporate instead. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing

First time using T.O. Haas today and had a fantastic experience! I had my car towed there as I had a flat due to a bolt/screw in my tire, I called T.O. 3 hours before them closing and they were able to squeeze me in and fix me up within the time range of them closing, they even returned to me the sucker that was in my tire! Thank you so so so much! Would definitely recommend and will return!

Todd and crew are always amazing!! Needed new tires desided at 4:50pm on monday to swing by TO haas and talk to Todd as he and his staff always makes sure im taken care of. They were just getting ready to close up but Todd still took the time to find the tires i wanted. He didnt have them in stock but had them in store by 10am the next morning. arrived at 1030am tuesday and on the road by 11:15am. These guys are always very professional and very friendly. Scheduled oil change, balance, rotation, and alignment 2 weeks ago by phone. Took the day off work since i commute. Called today to verify the appointment and they at first told me they didnt have me on the schedule. Then after i told the the make and model they told me they couldn't read the schedulers writing. Then i was told they only had me down for the oil change since their was no mechanic. I wasted a day off from work with no apology, no empathy and not making the error right. I require competency to handle my vehicle. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Todd and the crew at the South 27th Street Lincoln location are absolutely 5 star, top notch mechanics. They installed a Belltech 3 inch lowering kit in our 2002 Silverado and could not have done a better quality job at a more than reasonable price. We have been doing business with T.O. Haas for over 30 years for all of our tires and mechanical needs and will absolutely not go anywhere else. They are an extremely professional company that stands 100% behind their products and work.
