Saturday we call them for repair my truck at truck stop but they towed my truck at shop after that they told injectors was bad thats totally wrong they make invoice 4700$ and they told only accept Zelle after 100 miles truck have same problem please aware this shop they are theft please truuckers aware them

Worst company in all of Knoxville to do any sort of business with; the service is terrible, the prices are unjustifiably high & one thing is if they would at-least do a good job, but i can’t even say that. The way they treat their customers is just straight out disrespectful & disgusting. If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I actually advise people to stay away from this company. Don’t just take my word for it. Call ANY towing/ mechanic shop around & they’ll tell you how much they hate dealing with TNT. So much so, i had a towing company try to charge me $1000 to tow my tuck out because they didn’t want to deal with them. Summary of what up ^ there, save your time & money & respect yourself enough to not deal with these people. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.

I have had many repair done by many shops. Sometimes the same job 2 or 3 times by different shops. The good shops are really hard to find sometimes. Tnt is a good shop. The crew from the owner on down care about their craft and making sure the job gets done right the first time. This is a shop that puts the truck first and the driver is equally important which is a rare find. I had essentially a new steering system put on the truck. Drag link tie rods u bolts leaf spring bushings and shackles and the ugly job kingpins and a few other things. I was sent to tnt by kenworth in Knoxville. The job took 3 days to complete. Worth it. Prior to the repair every turn of the wheel was followed by a bang that you could feel in the floor. Now no noise. It feels tighter and more responsive with less effort. It should be even better after a 3 axle alignment which I am getting right now. Thanks tnt for doing an ugly job with beautiful results.

That accident not only kept me off the road for months but also cost $25,000 in repairs—and I didn’t make a single dollar in that time. I had only just gotten back to work two days ago, so this breakdown hit me hard. Desperate, I called a technician, and he agreed to come out immediately. His willingness to help felt like a lifeline in that moment. But as he was on his way, my truck suddenly roared back to life. Later, I found out it was just a loose cable connection. When I called him back to let him know, I offered to send him something through Zelle to cover his time. To my surprise, he refused, saying he was just happy to help and didn’t want any payment. His integrity touched me deeply. In a world where some might see an opportunity to profit off someone’s misfortune, he showed nothing but kindness and generosity. Moments like this remind me that there are still good people out there—people who help simply because it’s the right thing to do. His actions left a lasting impact on me, a reminder of the goodness that still exists, even when life feels heavy.

Unite broke down called TNT 600 service call told me xy shifter need to be replaced was parked in a safe spot.spoke with Ben and I asked him to replace it.Ben told me they need to tow the unit to their garage he said they have to drop the transmission to replace for lack of space.told me it will take 2 hours plus the part and they will be able to do same day he said they close at 23:00,agreed to have the unit towed for with there towing company for 1200.upon arrival after one hour Ben told they will work on the unit Monday.being Friday and him telling they had the capacity to fix same day . I spoke with the manager Andrea and he agreed to fix same days he assured me and that part was there.all that to say the tow driver Mike worked on the unit replaced with out dropping transmission it took less one hour to replace then while on the phone with someone had to do calibration don’t know what he was doing but it took 4 hours time in time out and said unité needed speed sensor replacement.Saturday Mike arrived in the afternoon and was able to replace one sensor I had bought both sensors for the trans.changed 7 hours to change charge shifter and sensor by the tow driver Mike and the unit was able to get into gear and shift after test drive but a 4 hour dératé started.paid them close to 5.000 and left fix my problem at peterbilt shop main relay had to be changed.all that to say they see as atm on wheels.avoid this place for trouble shooting use only to tow your unit to dealership.road service is a scam they don’t have the proper equipment to diagnose the proper equipment they keep at the shop expensive and they don’t want to damage. Paid 4:700.00 to change x y shifter and one speed sensor.when road service came to me there was no dératé and no ceci set parameters issues.

Awesome shop great guys to deal with. I’m a Canadian owner operator had a front differential on my truck fail , got towed into TNT got fixed up. Rates were very reasonable, they drove me to and from a motel. Would definitely recommend these guys and would use them again if I’m broken down in the Knoxville Tn area again

This place is nothing but crocks 525 dollars labor for a wheel seal replacement. In addition, the mechanic bumped the speed sensor too far back, causing the traction and abd light to illuminate, and an additional 150 dollars from me to get it fixed again. If you value your money, do not take your business here. I'm reporting this place at the Better Business Bureau.

Amazing Shop!! We were travelling from SC to middle TN in our retired fire truck when we blew a steer tire on the side of I-40. Their roadside tech worked countless hours to get us back to their shop. The next morning they had already sourced two hard to find steer tires and had them replaced and the truck ready to go. These guys are VERY professional and as helpful as they come!
