Honestly, I could complain about the misgivings and issues we had asking the way. But none of those are really Tim's fault. I came into his shop via tow truck on a Sunday and he was closed but answered the phone and got the gate unlocked so the tow could drop off the car. Next day, we find out we need a new motor, okay great no problem we kind of expected that. We told him to fix it, go ahead and put a used motor in it. This is where the problems started. The first motor he received was very rusty and heavily corroded and therefore he correctly sent it back to the supplier. 2nd motor comes in and it's installed in about 3 days. This motor proceeded to run great for 30 miles and then the car started having issues again. Brought it back to Tim and they tried to fix it but on the text drive the motor failed and threw a rod. It needs yet another motor, Tim ordered another one and had it installed in 10 days. Awesome problems solved right? Wrong... We noticed the new motor was leaking coolant 3 days after we picked it up. I took a video of the leak and brought it back to Tim. At this point Tim diagnosed it as a leaking water pump and replaced it. This man only charged us $4500 for a motor with labor and he absolutely did not make any money off of us due the issues that we experienced with the motors he got from his supplier, but he never once turned us away and he always honored his warranty. He always answers the phone and even though this was a bad situation for all parties involved we are happy to say Tim treated us right and was a man of his word. Thank you for your integrity Tim.

5 STARS. They are truly the best. My car has been making a whining noise that another mechanic misdiagnosed and said that it was “normal for an old Honda.” I brought it to them when my steering wheel was locking. They took me in immediately and fixed my car. Prices are fair as well. THANKS A MILLION Tim!!!

Tim Is the man, first I come to replace my alternator, that the quote me much less that other auto repair company almost double ,when I arrive we open the hood and Tim saw right away that my fuiel injector and the fuiel pipe is leaking he without hesitating replace it right away after I got the new parts, he did a fantastic job for the price i pay for the Labor of alternator replacement fuiel injector replacement and fuiel rail pipe replacement all for one great price wich the other company quote me over 800$+. I definitely will call him again highly recommended for the price professionalism and exc.

Tim is the best mechanic around! He is honest, reliable and very informative. He has a strong accent (at times hard to understand) but is friendly and a very hands-on person. My friend took his car there to have a timing belt replaced, they had the car for 5 weeks. It should have been a wake up call when we saw dozen cars or more on their lot waiting to be worked on. Whatever he saved in money if any by going there was over Road by the length of time that they kept the car for repairs. If we could give a lower rating than one star we would.

On the tail end of a cross country road trip my son's Honda Civic was in desperate need of a new front wheel bearing. We called TN because the Google ratings were good. I was skeptical at first because the garage was so busy, but they got us in the same day and did a terrific job. The owner was careful to properly diagnose the problem. Was very conscientious and kind. Topped off the fluids and gave our son some advice for caring for the car and offered to help him in the future. Highly recommend.

They have cars parked all over the streets and blocking the sidewalks makes the neighborhood look like a dirty junkyard. Either fix the cars or get rid of them

Took my car in with squeaky breaks after others tried to price gouge me, TN Auto replaced the front breaks at a very reasonable price. And when that didn’t fully resolve the issue, they kept working on it and fixed it at no charge. I recommend them.
