I truly recommend this repair shop! They demonstrate integrity in their work. Kevin and Cecil are great people who ensured I could drive safely and took the time to help me understand the dangers of neglecting certain repairs. Excellent service!

Highly recommend TLC for your auto work. I have used TLC for several years and their service continues to be great. Brought my car in for the alerted service. Also asked them to check out "noise" (a front strut). Worked completed on time and have a game plan developed for strut replacement. No pressure. Just good work.

I went to the dealership to have my Jeep repair their first. But then when they told me that they needed me to buy two new batteries so they can keep my vehicle running so they could do a diagnostic that's when I went to pick it up. I found TLC through my warranty company and boy am I super happy as the did an inspection they found that the dealership had failed to hook up my USB ports to the brand new radio they installed I will be bringing all of my vehicles going forward to TLC

Never found the leak in my husband's car...even tough they had the car for about 6 months! My husband would call and ask for his car and the guy working on his car kept giving him the runaround ( he got sick, they couldn't find the problem, waiting on the warranty, waiting on parts). Now we still have the leak and still trying to fix the problem!

Do not go there,,, they just ignore you!!! I did a long way to get there becayse my a/c stop wotkibg and when I got there I ask for help but they just ignore me..bad place!!

I have been using TLC for about 5 yrs. They keep me as a repeat customer because they have great customer service, they do exactly what they promise to do on my vehicle, they explain what they need to repair before doing it and they do awesome work! Definitely 5 start business!*****

They took me for our money just to look at my car and say they couldn't find a reason then try to say I would have to pay $2,000 to look forward We paid $200 for nothing! Would not recommend to anyone they have so many junk cars all around the whole parking lot unprofessional Im praying they did not take anything off my car...they get no stars from me...Bad location area is unsafe beware

I have to say the gentleman that work at TLC auto shop were amazing and very patient with me. They did everything I asked for and more. I would recommend them to anyone that asks for a reliable auto shop. They were extremely efficient and treated me with kindness. I have been to many auto shops and never received this kind of service. It is always good to call and make an appointment because they can get very busy but so worth it. I will be using TLC Auto Shop from now on and definitely having my family use them as well. Thank you so much!

Was referred to TLC Auto shop by someone and I feel I was granted membership to an exclusive club. These guys do an excellent job and I feel go above and beyond to accommodate their customers and work with people's situations in a straightforward honest way that puts their customers needs as a priority. I will be back for any future issues I have with my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I have my go to place!

......had a few issues & took my vehicle there to be looked at. I was informed of a few other issues, but not pressured to do anything. I had the most important things done first & was updated on the progress as they worked. The work was done timely & so far, so good

Absolutely the worst place to bring ur automobile !!!!! I had a small water leak on my car they supposedly fixed it I picked it up and didn't make it two miles!!! Now not alonely did they not fix it but they changed me $800 bucks to fix the wrong thing pluad $200 for tow fee's!!! So it goes back to there shop and they say it's fixed again and I make it maybe 3 miles so it's goes back again and tlc says my engine has locked u peven tho I drove it to there shop so days turn into weeks and weeks turn into months long story short I never get my car back !!!

Ken is a TRUE Christian man!! My work/family car was in dire need of some serious repairs, and Ken/TLC not only fixed our ONLY vehicle BUT, gave me a workable payment plan!! As a veteran, I can’t say enough about his character, concern he has for his clients!! DON’T GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! His prices TRULY beat all others!! AMAZING MAN/MECHANIC!!!

TLC Auto has amazing customer service and high quality work.
