It was ok experience, i asked for a quote, at first they gave me quote which was moderate expensive, then after few days i ask i need to change one more thing and request to recalculate the estimation but owner refused to re-estimate. Said they can't give estimates without seeing! Kind of rude, i said i know already what i need to replace, i already shown car to three mechanics!

Previous review (edited twice below): Honest mechanics. Friendly. Upfront about prices. Fair prices. I take all of my vehicles here when they need work done. Highly recommend. Edit: This is no longer the case with this business. I have come here for a decade. I am editing due to my most recent visit. The receptionist was nice. I brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and to top off the fluids. On my way home, I tried to use some wiper fluid, but it did work. When I got home, I checked under the hood, and none of my fluids were topped off. My radiator hose was also disconnected and hanging dangerously near my serpentine belt. I called, and they said that it was all marked as toped off. They asked me to bring it in. The manager topped the coolant and wiper fluid off, and I asked if they had even rotated my tires or gave me an oil change. He said yes. Definitely. I asked , "How I can know that? He said that it was checked off. I reminded him that my fluids were also checked off, to which he had no reply. I can't come back to this place knowing that they are no longer trustworthy. The manager didn't even check to see if was changed. Beware! Edit to respond: Yes, I had been coming there for a decade. I mean, it had been over a year for a car that I had checked out by you that I was going to purchase ffs. I've brought in a Mustang, a Jeep wrangler JKU, a Subaru, a Jeep Liberty, a Jeep Wrangler TJ aka multiple vehicles. I used to bring in my TJ every 4 months for an oil change and had guys change my struts (at the time, they did a great job). I sold that vehicle 5 years ago. I sold the Liberty 11 years ago. Now that we have that straight, was that really your rebuttal? Juvenile and poorly thought out reply. The timeline was important to you but not the poor service? Wow. I noticed that you didn't try to discredit that you forgot the majority of the work and didn't bother to check if the oil had been changed because "it was checked off" although the other "work" was chwcked off too. My tires definitely weren't rotated. I mark all of my tires. The checklist is supposed to be there to ensure work is performed, not just to automatically check off. I double down on my warning as you aren't even remorseful of the lack of a paid for service. Beware! This place is not what it used to be.

TJ Auto is the only shop in the Springs that was able to correctly diagnose and fix my truck. I tried master mechanics from the dealer and four local shops. It wasnt cheap, but it was fair. Overall I'm thrilled with my experience, And I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks again TJ

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. After they rebuilt my motor, I took my truck back three times with concerns about the timing, and three times, TJ said it was good. After taking my truck to another mechanic, they were competent enough to diagnose the timing problem along with MULTIPLE FLUID LEEKS DUE TO THE POOR MOTOR REBUILD. After bringing up the issues with TJ, he accused me of tampering with the vehicle and refused to take any accountability for his poor workmanship. He accused me of removing sensors that he knowingly removed himself and gave me every excuse he could to avoid having to fix his mistakes. THE OWNER, TIM DINNOCENZO, PUTS ON A FRIENDLY FACE, BUT THE MASK COMES OFF WHEN ITS TIME TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY. Avoid this place unless you want to spend 7k, like I did, for a rebuilt motor that didn't even last a year.

Best mechanic I've ever been to. Took a car in for a timing belt replacement. Job was done well and they were very communicative throughout the whole process. Even the owner went in and made sure the job was done right! Fair pricing and no BS on what work they will be performing on your vehicle. I'd happily take any vehicle to them in the future.

Honestly couldn't praise these guys enough. They offer honest and detailed inspections. Customer service is great and always there for you. There is no BS with this shop they tell you what needs to get done and what eventually needs to be done. I definitely recommend this shop for all your automotive needs. They know there stuff and actually care about getting you back on the road.

The team at TJ fixed the heater issue that the techs at the Nisson dealership said did not exist. They accidentally tore the flooring carpet, notified us and are getting it repaired. Very nice people from start to finish. Highly recommend!
