Called and was told $89.95 for an alignment on my jeep, they said they had time this afternoon to perform the alignment. I showed up and was instantly told "they don't do wrangler alignements" waste of time.

I experienced very terrible service there, especially from the manager who was absolutely rude and aggressive for no reason, with a racist undertone. Do not go there! I repeat do not go there!!

I went in for shaky steering. Instead of giving me services I didn't need. They were honest and balanced my tire for less than half the price I was willing to spend. Thanks guys!!

I’ve been at patron for years; however, I had a last-minute emergency tonight. I made it in 30 minutes before close and without hesitation, my tire was fixed. I could tell that these guys were ready to wrap up and go home, but they treated me with such southern hospitality and gracious dignity, I cannot say enough. Thank you! You got me home tonight, my kids to school in the morning, and me to work tomorrow! Thank you.

I give it one star and why do you have to give it to me because not one star for me, I went to line up my car and he asked me the brand and the year and he told me that since it is from the year 2003 they could not understand and I told the person who told me She recommended that place and she told me that it's strange because she recommended that place and if they do that kind of service for me the heat hurts them but hey Thank God I was able to solve it

Went in for an inspection today. They do the thing, the guy comes back and hands me the report, and says it failed. The report says it passed. He says it needs more drive cycles or something, even though the report says everything is fine, emissions passed, all monitors 'ready'. I question this (as one would), and he comes back with a hostile tone, accusing me of resetting the codes or something (which didn't happen, it would show the monitors as not ready). I go get the car registered, they accept the "failed" inspection. So, the guy was either a complete idiot, or is scamming people saying they failed when they didn't so they come back and pay for inspection again. Terrible experience, and will be reporting to the state as potential scam / fraud

Beware………..They are only hungry of money. Not good customer service at all for the long term business.I changed my all 4 new tire on june27,2022 total cost $483 and later on 09/22/2022 two tire was blown out.Manager was very very aggressive.He didn’t replace my tire I still have three months warranty.

Honestly don't know how they have the rating, always unprofessional, really bad customer service and really don't care about customer experience. Went and got two new tires and alignment, after 6 months I noticed that the tires were wearing out unevenly, the inside of the tires on both sides are almost all worn out, I notice and went to tell them that the alignment is bad, they said labor is only warranties for 3 months, unless an alignment is really bad that you would notice there is no way that you would be able to catch it in that time, so the warranty is worthless, when I asked if they could fix at least the alignment issue that they did wrong they told me I had to pay for it again, so they wanted me to pay again for something they did wrong the first time, why would I pay someone again to fix their own mistake. I honestly don't understand the good reviews

Went for a back brake job and left with my front brakes that had no prior issues grinding the next day... I took my car to another repair shop and they told me the back ones that had got done be these guys were done incorrectly with faulty equipment.

Our tire and rim were damaged because of rough construction areas, we brought it to Tireworks and they did an awesome job getting us situated within a couple of days. After finding out that the tire was no good, the owner, Mark suggested one of their used tires for $40(great price) that is still holding up really well. Despite being obviously busy, Mark made sure that I was in and out within a reasonable amount of time when picking up the rim. Tireworks will be our first option the next time we need work done for the car!
