Eric was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about my vehicle. Spent over 30 minutes looking over my vehicle and didn’t even charge me. Best shop I’ve been to, will be back in the future.

Excellent service, great communication. I trust their recommendations because they don’t try to sell a bunch of parts you don’t need. I’m gonna make an appointment for my other car too! As far as I’m concerned this is the only alignment shop in town worth my time and money. As a side note, the waiting area is nice and inviting, bathroom doesn’t look like a shop bathroom. They’re open on the weekends too which is great for a full time worker like me!

Went to this shop initially because I got a flat right next to them and they fixed my tire as they were closing with no complaints. Have returned repeatedly for new tires and other services because of the same great service. Everyone is welcoming and honest. Referred my mom there who has a large horse trailer that requires specialized tires. They were able to order quality tires at a good price and get the work done quickly, as well as having enough space to work on a trailer that large.

went in to get my wheels balanced and all wheels checked for any air leaks before putting them on my car, they said they have fixed one tire which was leaking from the bead and said the rest were good, after putting them on my car they were good for about two weeks until i had to start airing all of them up again just to drive around, the car isn’t really driven much and i cant find any nails or holes in the tires that would be making them leak, now i have to pay another 80 for them just to check all the tires and repair the leaks when i already paid 90 for them to do that

I went to get new tires on my car and they gave me a really bad one that I paid for, since I've had it, the air has continuously been going down in that tire and it's so frustrating. I now have to go and buy another new tire somewhere else. Will not be coming back again

I popped in TireUp during my lunch break after my car had a tire with low tire pressure. I wanted to make sure I got it checked out before going to Phoenix for the weekend. The team was incredibly friendly, greeting me as soon as I got out of my car. Diego was incredibly helpful and speedy, I had a nail in my tire and they patched me up quickly so I was on my way.

These guys are great! Quick friendly service and very responsive. 4 new tires plus new TPMS sensors. Wheel balance is perfect, silky smooth on the highway at 85+ mph. Finally found a place that knows how to balance a wheel properly, don't take your car anywhere else. I'll be back soon with more work!

Was able to get me an appointment as soon as they had a time available! All the worker were very friendly and got the job done in a timely manner. From the waiting room to the bays, very clean and well organized! Highly recommending anyone to go here.

I needed a set of new tires as well as a wheel alignment. Called Eric. They gave me a great price and could fit me in based on my schedule. Super friendly to work with. Nice waiting room. Learned a lot about ancient Roman engineering from the TV. ;)

I walked in with a leak in my tire and they took my car in right away! I was in and out in 25 minutes and it cost me nothing because of the student discount! Would definitely recommend!!

Small but cozy place, arrived and was done fast with 2 new tires and a 3rd tire repair. They answer the phone and their social media. Very polite via all methods of communication and prices are much better compared to chain business establishments. They have my future business. Highly recommended. Update September 2024: I said it once, I’ll say it again: They have my future business. Arrived and coordinated my tires installation. Decided to brew some coffee they provide while I was waiting. Filled the coffee machine with water (LOL) and waited. Before I was done with it my tire replacements were done. Had the tires in the trunk so it made the process faster than expected. Cost wise, cheaper than other big name superstore’s. I checked the tires and notice that they were Hercules brand. Really happy to have gotten that brand since I have used that brand with great success, durability and longevity. Will continue using they’re services and the customer service is the best in town imho. Keep at it TireUp.

This is the first time in a long time that I felt good about a tire / alignment shop. I had an alignment issue that they identified for free, despite me offering to pay. I have absolute confidence that these guys are not only honest, but competent, and personable as well. I had a good talk about the service I needed done, and wasn't pressured in any way to do any repairs right then. I didn't spend any money when I went in. And I got a pretty good cup of coffee out of the deal. However, I guarantee that anytime I need anything tire related, this is the shop I will go to. Just outstanding.

After a lot of research I went with TireUp and very glad I did. Super professional, transparent, and fairly priced. Staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. We all know tires are a pain to replace but at least I know where to go to now.

Diego and his team at Tireup are very hard working and honest people ! They put rims and tires on my Ram 1500 and they made sure I was happy before I left my truck looked very good with the rims and tires Diego put on for me ! They also leveled my other truck I have and put tires on it They did a very good job and made sure the job was done right I give them 5 stars and would recommend them if you need rims, tires, or repairs on your tires !

I came in this afternoon for a tire repair. My front passenger side tire was very low & I came in to see what they can do to help. I was helped and quoted in under 5 minutes, and the repair itself took 10-15 minutes. The cost of my repair was $20 and they conveniently have Apple Pay. The people were very nice, and got straight to the work I needed done. Everything was quick and efficient. Will come back.

Truly cannot imagine receiving better service for my tire needs. Diego and crew are incredibly patient, understanding and accommodating. Unfortunately I attract sharp things in my tires apparently but it’s not much of a bother because of how quick and easy every visit is. They also have How Its Made on in the lobby and I love that show. Supporting local businesses has never been an easier choice.

I go to TireUp for all my tire services and I'll never go anywhere else. Everyone is friendly and professional. Their service is impressively fast. I was just there for a flat tire and was in and out in less than 15 min. I think they work efficiently without sacrificing the quality of their work. 10/10 recommend! I couldn't be more pleased with their service.
